What the company is

PinkCherry Wholesale is a wholesale distributor of sex toys and lingerie that sells to registered businesses. The home page calls it a trusted American wholesale distributor, and the same copy calls it a Canadian fulfillment company for wholesale adult novelties. The about page explains the pairing. PinkCherry, which it dates to 2007, began with a focus on Canadian customers, and the wholesale arm is named as a division of TBMBM US, Inc., shipping from a warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a fulfillment center in Canada. The about page says it supplies hundreds of businesses. For a site operator, the company is a stock supplier for shops and online stores that hold their own inventory. The pages state plainly that it is not a drop shipper, a white-label house or a data-feed provider.

What it sells an operator

The home page describes vibrators, dildos, clitoral stimulators, cock rings, male masturbators, lubes, bondage gear, romance products and lingerie, all sold in bulk quantities at wholesale pricing. Brands named on the home page include Magic Wand, CalExotics, Sportsheets, Womanizer, Doc Johnson, Evolved, Shots and Blush, and the site has a collection page for each brand. The about page describes the stock as thousands of SKUs with daily new product additions, and a footer block on several pages claims over 16,000 products in a 40,000 sq ft Las Vegas warehouse, both the company's own figures.

Buying runs through the website. Orders and payment are processed on the site after a login, and the company does not take orders by email, phone or fax, because its system is automated for fast fulfillment. Once an order is in, it cannot be added to or canceled. The site shows real-time inventory, and logged-in accounts can request an email when an out-of-stock item returns; the FAQ says it cannot give restock dates because every manufacturer has its own fill rate and lead time. Brand pages show "Please log in for wholesale pricing" where a price would be, so the public pages publish no product prices, and the company does not send out price lists.

The FAQ lists what the company does not offer: drop shipping, FBA, white label, datafeeds, API, integration, online content and private label. That is the decisive point for an operator. The model on offer is bulk purchase by a registered business, which then sells through its own channel and handles its own fulfillment.

The terms that decide the choice

On content, the FAQ says the company does not permit use of its online content, which it lists as product images, descriptions, reviews, banners, tiles, graphics, size charts, specifications and measurements, and videos. An online store therefore has to source its own product copy and imagery.

On pricing rules, the FAQ names manufacturers that allow no further discounting of their product prices: Eroscillator, Womanizer and Bathmate. Account rules require customers to report changes to the business name, contact, ownership and contact details, and to declare their website addresses and any links to third-party platforms, such as Amazon, eBay and social media, because the company says it is accountable to the brands it represents.

On site use, the FAQ footer says the site is for an adult audience only and that anyone under 18, or under 21 in some states, must leave, and the terms of use bar using the site in ways that expose minors to inappropriate content. The FAQ page carries an 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 compliance notice heading.

In October 2026 the FAQ set the minimum wholesale order at $100 before tax, with the website prompting for it during ordering. The same FAQ said UPS Ground shipping is free on orders over $500 and otherwise costs a flat $19.99, an offer that applies only to US48. The home page says the company accepts credit cards; no other payment method or credit term is stated.

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days, and the same business day if placed before 9am PST. Ship times run from 1 to 7 business days by location: UPS Ground takes 5 to 7 business days and UPS 2-Day 1 to 2, next-day delivery is available in most of Southern California and Nevada, and remote destinations may carry a surcharge. An invoice and tracking arrive by email the day an order ships. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, orders cannot be picked up, and the company does not ship to freight forwarders or couriers. It ships only within the 50 US states, and Canadian businesses are directed to a separate Canadian site.

Returns are limited to defects. Body-contact items such as vibrators, dildos, anal toys, cock rings, gags and ropes, plus lingerie, lubes, massage oils, condoms, body paints and body jewelry, cannot be returned once they leave the warehouse, and the company takes nothing back because it did not sell and offers no consignment. Tested, defective or damaged goods can be sent back at any time, and a wholesale account holder needs no authorization number to do so. Refunds go to the original payment method, the buyer pays the return shipping, and the FAQ advises collecting defective items over 3 to 6 months; local customers can drop them off at the warehouse. Items are sold as the manufacturers send them, so some arrive in a clear poly bag rather than retail packaging, and lingerie is often bagged this way.

The terms of use, last updated March 2026, name Nevada law and the courts of Clark County, Nevada, for disputes over use of the site, while their arbitration clause applies AAA rules and California law, after a 60-day informal resolution period.

Getting started and support

An operator signs its business up for an account online, then logs in to place orders. The site does not list the approval steps or the documents asked for.

Support runs by email on weekdays from 9am to 4:30pm EST, excluding holidays, and through a contact form, and the FAQ refers lingerie packaging questions to an account representative. The form has a category for technical website issues, and the FAQ recommends current versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. An email address change has to go through customer service, because the email is tied to the login. The contact page lists a mailing address in Las Vegas, marked as not open to the public.

With no API, datafeed or integration offered, there is no published way to connect an operator's store to the company's stock levels.

Company and track record

The about page dates PinkCherry to 2007 and calls it a leader in the sexual health and wellness industry, and it calls the wholesale arm America's fastest growing sex toy wholesaler; both are the company's own descriptions. The about page lists awards won by the PinkCherry retail business: a 2022 XBIZ award for online retailer of the year, AVN awards for web retail store in 2023 and 2024, a 2024 XBIZ award, a 2025 XMA award for online retailer of the year and a 2025 AVN finalist listing. It also carries short, unattributed customer testimonials. No clients or certifications are named.

Who it suits

PinkCherry Wholesale fits a registered US business, such as a shop or an online store that holds its own inventory, that wants bulk orders of major toy and lingerie brands shipped from a Las Vegas warehouse. In-stock fulfillment within 24 hours, same-day processing before the cut-off, real-time inventory and a free-shipping threshold on larger orders are the practical draws.

It fits less well with an operator that needs drop shipping, white-label sites, datafeeds or integration, since the FAQ says none is offered, or a store that wants to reuse supplier images and descriptions, which the company does not permit. Buyers outside the United States are sent elsewhere, orders cannot be canceled once submitted, and only defective goods come back, at the buyer's shipping cost.

Its strength is its stock model: a US warehouse with fast in-stock fulfillment, real-time inventory and a brand range that covers many of the names an adult store carries.
