What Honey's Place is
Honey's Place is a business-to-business distributor of adult products, based at 640 Glenoaks Blvd. in San Fernando, California, and its FAQ says approved drop ship orders are fulfilled from its Southern California warehouse. The site states that it is a B2B distributor of adult products and that access is restricted to verified retail businesses and individuals 18 years or older. It serves approved brick-and-mortar retailers, ecommerce businesses, reseller platforms, drop ship operations, home party sellers, pop-up and event sellers, and other qualifying wholesale customers. For someone running an online adult store, the relevant routes are a wholesale account for its own stock or a drop ship account that ships to its customers.
What it sells an operator
The catalog spans adult novelties, lingerie, bath and body, accessories and party products: lingerie and sexy apparel, bachelor and bachelorette items, candy, lubricants, creams and glides, massagers, toy cleaners, non-piercing body jewelry, candles, gag gifts, wigs, bondage and fetish toys, cockrings, condoms, couples toys, app-controlled products and display bowls and wall displays. The lingerie resources describe curvy, queen-size, plus-size, stretch and extended-size styles from several manufacturers, along with men's intimate apparel. The home page features top sellers, sale items, a top 100 list, brands of the month and its own exclusives. Many products can be bought by the piece rather than by the case, with some sold as displays, sets, inner packs or case packs.
Drop shipping is the main service for a web store. Approved orders ship straight to the retailer's customer in non-descript packaging, and the FAQ says standard drop ship parcels carry no branded marketing material, invoice or packing slip. Orders can go to military APO and FPO addresses, and address-verification tools check for problems such as missing suite numbers or ZIP-code errors before fulfillment, including on API orders. A retailer outside California that drop ships into California may need a California resale certificate.
Ordering runs through several tools, depending on the account: standard cart checkout, Quick Order for known SKU lists, Buy Again, a Stock Order Upload and a separate Drop Ship Order Upload for many direct orders at once, saved carts that can be merged, shipment tracking, inventory alerts and reports. Product data comes as configurable feeds in CSV, XML, JSON, Shopify-oriented and WooCommerce-oriented files, with fields such as SKU, UPC, title, description, manufacturer, categories, image references, MAP, MSRP, wholesale and customer pricing and inventory. The FAQ is clear that importing a product file does not connect inventory or orders on its own: ongoing inventory sync needs a configured connection, and automated order submission needs an approved integration.
The API is for qualified, approved customers. The services page says it can carry automated order submission plus order-status and stock-check requests, and the FAQ adds product information, inventory sync and tracking, after approval, configuration and testing. Larger retailers can discuss custom feed structures, field mapping and channel-specific files, and the FAQ mentions DoorDash-oriented product files for delivery channels.
The terms that decide the choice
Access is approved, not automatic. Wholesale pricing shows only to approved customers who log in, and Honey's Place may weigh business type, verification status, sales channel, purchasing activity, account history, resale documentation and online or retail presence when it sets account terms. Drop ship access needs a separate Wholesale/Drop Ship Program Contract before it is activated. Fees and requirements are disclosed during review, before a service starts.
Minimums and fees are the terms to price first. There is no single minimum order for every account. The account policy, read in October 2026, sets a $200 minimum per order for home party, pop-up, special occasion and similar accounts, applied to every order, with the cart showing what remains and the submit button inactive until it is met. As of July 1, 2026 select drop ship accounts may pay a one-time $50 Drop Ship Activation Fee. After the first calendar month, those accounts may pay a $100 monthly Data Access Fee, waived for any month that follows a calendar month with at least $500 in eligible product purchases; shipping, fees, taxes, credits, returns and chargebacks do not count, and the fee is not prorated. Honey's Place publishes no fixed per-order drop ship fee, because terms vary by account.
Cancellation of drop ship or data access is requested in writing, and fees already charged are not refunded. A declined payment, unpaid invoice or billing issue can bring an account hold or the suspension of data access, API access, feeds, ordering or drop ship services until it is resolved.
For card accounts, the card is generally charged before the order ships; net terms may be available to qualifying accounts by approval. Shipping runs through USPS, UPS and FedEx at carrier rates set by weight, dimensions, destination, service level and accessorial charges, and a customer may be able to use its own carrier account. Orders submitted before 12:00 PM PST are prioritized for same-day processing when possible. Changes after submission are not guaranteed, unavailable items may be canceled unless arranged otherwise, and returned or refused orders can carry shipping, handling or restocking charges. International shipping, freight forwarding and local pickup may be arranged.
Damage claims depend on where the damage happened. Damage inside an undamaged outer box goes to the account manager within 7 days of receipt; a damaged, opened or re-taped carton needs a carrier claim at delivery, with photos, the original packing and the invoice kept. Defective returns may need prior authorization, used products are not accepted as standard returns, and free samples are generally not offered. Customers must follow MAP and manufacturer listing rules, may use product images and descriptions only as their access allows, and must not link directly to the site's image URLs.
Getting started and support
Signing up means completing the new customer application; the team reviews it and follows up on approval, account type and any requirements, and the first order can be placed once the paperwork is approved. Each account works with an account manager, who handles order changes, catalogs, manufacturer catalogs, tester programs and integration questions. The site lists a phone line, a fax line, a sales email address and a contact form, and the FAQ says the office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. The site also publishes buyer guides for new brick-and-mortar stores, for adding lingerie, and for smoke shops adding adult novelties, where an account manager helps plan a first order around shelf space and budget.
Company and track record
The FAQ describes Honey's Place as a wholesale adult product distributor with decades of experience helping approved retailers grow, and says it does not sell or share customer information lists. The automation page sets out its view that drop shipping should connect product data, inventory, ordering and fulfillment rather than outsource shipping alone.
Who it suits
Honey's Place suits an approved ecommerce store that wants drop shipping from one US warehouse with structured feeds for Shopify or WooCommerce, and a larger store that wants API ordering. It suits a physical retailer, including a smoke shop testing the category, that wants novelties and lingerie in one account, and a home party seller that can meet the per-order minimum. The caveats are plain: prices and many tools sit behind approval, drop ship accounts can face an activation fee and a monthly data fee below the purchase threshold, and terms vary by account. The strongest case is the depth of the data and ordering tools behind a broad catalog.
