What Excitasy is
Excitasy is a business-to-business wholesaler of adult products for erotic shops, sex shops, lingerie shops and independent sellers who run sex toy parties, online or in person. The About page says it is an integral part of LUNYVAN S.L., with logistics and administration in Spain and Portugal, and the contact page gives LUNYVAN S.L. an address on Gran Vía in Madrid. The terms name Bystart, Lda. as the holder of the brand and site rights and set the District Court of Braga as the court for contract matters. The FAQ says the company does not sell to the general public. The delivery page says Excitasy sells across Europe and into Africa and Brazil, and its shipping table covers Portuguese, Spanish and French versions of the site beside the international one.
What it sells a shop
The core product is a wholesale catalog of erotic goods. The main groups are sex toys, drugstore items, women's and men's underwear, BDSM accessories, fun gadgets and miscellaneous lines. The home page says the toy range covers dildos, vibrators, penis sleeves, anal and vaginal balls and anal plugs; the lingerie side carries European labels such as Chilirose, Obsessive and Demoniq beside the American Leg Avenue; and the drugstore range of lubricants, condoms, massage oils, delay products, intimate hygiene, stimulants and toy cleaners is meant for sex shops, herbalists and parapharmacies, with Durex, Swiss Navy and Satisfyer among its brands. The home page claims the catalog is updated daily and that above 95% of it is held in constant stock, with real-time stock shown on the site.
The dropshipping service ships an order straight to the shop's own customer, in discreet packaging that never mentions Excitasy inside or outside the parcel, so the shop holds no stock. Ordinary trade orders can also go out in discreet packaging on request. The home page and the About page both claim delivery can reach anywhere in the world in 24H, and they say several shipping methods are on offer; the delivery page adds that the carriers available depend on the delivery zone.
The pre-order service lets a shop reserve new launches, pre-releases and what the page calls "exclusive products", order special quantities and get priority on delivery. A separate group labeled "Exclusive Sale on Request" covers bulky or slow-moving items sold only with deferred delivery: they are not stocked until a shop orders them, and a shop can list them in its online store with a delivery notice. Some items sit in a warehouse in Northern Europe, and the terms say goods stored outside the Iberian Peninsula take longer to arrive.
For the shop's own website, Excitasy supplies high-resolution product images it says are ready for an online shop or social media, product descriptions in 3 languages, and free CSV and XLS files with product data. The home page also lists Connextor, which it describes only as an informatics solution for the B2B world, and a price-matching service: the About page says its MatchPrice system matches the prices of other wholesalers.
Shipping carries the money figures. In October 2026 the delivery table lists free delivery on orders over €300 for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg and France, over €500 for Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, Monaco and Slovenia, over €700 for a group of central, northern and Baltic countries including Ireland and Sweden, and over €1000 for Greece and "Romenia", as the table spells it. Mainland Portugal is free from €250 and mainland Spain from €150, with higher thresholds for the Balearic and Canary Islands. Destinations the table does not name get no free shipping, and prices are subject to change. Catalog prices are in euros and exclude IVA, and discounted items show the regular price, the discount rate and the final price, as the terms state.
The terms that decide the choice
Eligibility comes first. Buyers must be legally constituted trade companies or independent entrepreneurs with proof of that status, and the company can ask for more documents and refuse a sale. The FAQ narrows it further: Excitasy works only with physical or online shops that sell erotic articles or lingerie, and a sex toy party organizer can register with a certificate showing it runs such parties. The terms describe the range as erotic products "with exclusively adult content", permitted under the Portuguese decree-laws they cite, and make the buyer responsible for how products are chosen and used.
Payment methods differ by page. The terms list Hipay, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and cash or check in person at the offices. The delivery page lists bank transfer, Hipay (described as similar to PayPal, taking Visa and Mastercard), cash on delivery in Portugal and Spain, a Multibanco reference, and cash at the facilities. The FAQ lists Stripe in place of Hipay.
Dispatch follows set rules. With a bank transfer, shipping starts once proof of payment arrives. Orders received before 13.00 Portugal time and paid by 14.00 on a weekday ship the same day; later orders are not guaranteed same-day dispatch. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, and the terms exclude liability for delays beyond them and for force majeure. If an order never arrives, the FAQ says Excitasy files a complaint with the carrier and resends the goods, or offers a credit note or a similar item where stock has run out. A damaged parcel must be shown to the carrier on delivery and photographed before opening.
Returns are narrow. Only damaged items are accepted for exchange or return, requested through the order page within 15 days after the order ships, with a written reason and photos where possible, and an RMA number is issued. Specialist staff test returned goods; Excitasy pays re-shipping for a defective article, and otherwise the buyer bears the re-shipping and any pickup cost and the original shipping is not refunded. Refunds come as a credit note against the next order or a bank transfer. The terms sell goods in the condition they are in at sale and ask the buyer to check each delivery on arrival.
Pre-orders are paid in full when placed and are subject to pre-approval. Orders and changes must be made in writing, and electronic communication counts.
Getting started and support
Signing up means filling in the retailer registration form and sending a document that proves the shop is in the trade, or a party organizer's certificate; the FAQ says sending the document with the form speeds up activation. Prices appear only after login, and there is no minimum order. At checkout a buyer can change delivery and billing addresses and add notes for Excitasy and the carrier, and the client area shows order history and status. Express Checkout stores a default address, carrier and payment method. Changes after ordering go by email or phone, and extra items can travel in the same parcel as a new order with a note. The pre-order service is switched on for an account after approval, through the shop's commercial agent.
Support runs through a contact form with 2 subjects, client support for a product or order question and webmaster for a technical problem with the site, plus a phone number and an orders email address. The contact page promises a reply within 48 hours and lists weekday hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. GMT, closed at weekends.
Company and track record
The About page claims more than a decade of experience and describes Excitasy as part of an Iberian operation with installations in both Spain and Portugal. The delivery page calls it the largest distributor of adult products in Portugal, and the site footer calls it one of the largest in the Iberian Peninsula; both are the company's own claims. The footer also links a showroom and a warehouses page.
Who it suits
Excitasy suits an erotic or lingerie web shop, or a physical sex shop, in Europe that wants wholesale stock with no minimum order, dropshipping in unbranded packaging, and product images, descriptions and CSV files to fill its own catalog. A party seller with a certificate can buy too. It fits less well for a buyer who wants prices before registering, a destination outside the free shipping table, or a business that does not sell erotic goods or lingerie, which the FAQ turns away. The caveats are plain: payment lists differ between pages, returns cover damaged goods only, and the stock level and delivery reach are the company's own claims. The strongest case is the dropshipping service backed by a wide, mostly in-stock catalog.
