What the vendor is
Williams Trading Co. is an adult novelty distributor that runs a drop-ship program for online stores. Its drop-ship pages say the company has been in business since 1974 and give its address as Commerce Hwy in Pennsauken, NJ, and the FAQ describes a 60,000 sq ft warehouse. The FAQ is titled as the drop shipment FAQ of Williams Trading Co. and Muffs and Cuffs, and it points buyers to a product finder on both websites. The operator it serves is an online store that wants to sell adult novelty goods without holding stock. The same pages also describe wholesale accounts for resellers who buy inventory and ship it themselves.
What it sells an operator
Drop shipping is the core product. The vendor ships each order straight to the store's customer, so the store never handles the goods. The FAQ says the data feed carries over 19,000 adult items and that it is updated every hour through an API integration. Feed records include full product specifications, multiple images and wholesale pricing, and price lists covering every product on the website can be downloaded in CSV or XML; the FAQ recommends pulling only the products a store means to carry rather than loading the raw data wholesale. New items are listed weekly, with a downloadable digital catalog of new releases, and the sales team supplies top seller reports by category.
Orders can be placed by adding items to a shopping cart by hand, by uploading a CSV batch file, or by sending orders through the API from the store's own system. Carrier service covers UPS economy, ground, 3 day, 2 day, overnight and international, and USPS first class, priority, express and international. The FAQ promises that priority orders sent by overnight or 2 day service leave the same day when received before 12:00 PM EST. Packing slips carry the store's company name, and the packaging is described as discreet, either a bubble protect bag or an unmarked box. The packing slip also carries the store's disclaimer, return policy, the customer's details and any backordered items. Tracking data goes out each working day between 4 pm and 5 pm EST and covers the previous 24 hours of shipments, with shipping cost and handling fee per order, and an optional carrier email can send the end customer a discreet tracking notice. Backorders are checked daily against incoming stock, and the FAQ claims a fill rate over 95%. A rate program compares the carrier services on offer by price, and invoicing is daily, with a PDF copy available.
In October 2026 the FAQ sets the drop-ship handling fee at $2.75 per order, not per item, charged on top of the carrier rates the vendor is billed. The services list words the same fee as per box, and an asterisk marks the handling fee as subject to change.
As of October 2026 the FAQ suggests a retail markup of at least 100% to 200% depending on cost, and it advises stores to check competing prices before they set their own. The pages do not publish wholesale prices. The FAQ says they are released only after the account paperwork is complete, although it also lists wholesale pricing among the data feed's fields.
The terms that decide the choice
The main conduct rule for a reselling store is the MAP section, which applies to wholesale and drop-ship customers alike across North America and internationally, except where such policies are prohibited by law. Resellers may not advertise a branded product below its published MAP price, and a reseller found in breach loses eligibility for that brand line. The pages state that resellers keep control of their own selling prices. Resellers must sign a MAP agreement, and brands on the restricted list cannot be sold on Amazon by a reseller at all; California Exotics products need direct registration with that brand and its approved ASIN list before any Amazon listing.
Drop-ship accounts run on payment terms the FAQ describes as daily, weekly or bi-monthly, based on a credit application. Every account must keep a current credit card on file, and each card needs its own signed authorization form.
The FAQ says the company does not accept returns because of the discreet, sensitive and hygienic nature of the products. It lists exceptions. In October 2026 the stated exceptions are manufacturer defects reported within 30 days, wrong items or shortages reported within 48 hours of receipt, and refused or undeliverable orders. Defects are credited once established, through a form giving the original order number and the customer's complaint; refused or undeliverable parcels are credited only if fit for resale, returns of USPS Economy orders are billed to the store, and a shipment returned a second time carries a 15% restocking fee. The FAQ says the vendor is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they leave the warehouse, and where tracking shows the parcel has left, the store must file the carrier claim itself.
International drop shipping requires an approved US wholesale account with trade references, and every international order must be prepaid. The FAQ says a wire is accepted before shipment with a $25 per transaction wire fee, and that a credit card payment needs a signed authorized card form and carries a 4% fee on each credit card transaction, all as October 2026 terms. The store must name itself as importer and consignee, use an import and inventory broker, and complete all customs paperwork. The vendor accepts no responsibility for duties, taxes or collect freight. The FAQ bars drop shipment to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Malaysia and the Maldives, citing legal restrictions, and international customer service issues need at least 48 hours' notice from receipt of the order.
On carriers, UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases, so those orders go by US Mail, and UPS does not require a signature on domestic residential delivery. The FAQ says UPS international orders are insured for $100 at no charge, as October 2026 terms, and that delivery of international orders depends on the receiving country; goods refused entry and later recovered are credited less incoming freight and taxes. No contract length or cancellation term for an account is stated.
Getting started and support
Onboarding starts with a New Account sign-up form and a completed wholesale application. A tax number for certification is required, and state sales tax forms apply to PA residents and to anyone picking up orders from the NJ location. A sales rep guides the process, and no orders are processed and no wholesale pricing is released until the full documentation is in. The FAQ does not say how long approval takes.
After approval the account gets a customer service rep and a dedicated sales rep. A specialist handles product questions on measurements, color and packaging. The contact page lists toll-free and local phone lines, a sales extension, fax and email. The FAQ gives a separate IT contact for data feed questions. The pages say the company picks, packs and ships 6 days a week, but they do not state support hours.
On integration, the FAQ says full order integration is included with no minimum quantity or cost for drop ship ordering, and that real-time hourly inventory updates are available. The data feed can be connected to an online store's own system. Amazon FBA preparation is sold as an extra service to sellers already approved by Amazon, and FBA purchases are final.
Company and track record
The pages describe the company as an adult distributor in business since 1974, with over 43 years of customer service experience in adult novelty drop shipments. It operates a 60,000 sq ft warehouse, gives its mailing address in Pennsauken, NJ, and stocks over 19,000 products. The FAQ says the staff is long term and that its sales reps receive training from manufacturing brands. The pages name no client list and no certification.
Who it suits
This is an adult drop shipping supplier, and its wholesale accounts serve stores that would rather hold stock. It suits an online adult novelty store that wants a wide catalog without holding stock, an hourly data feed and API order submission, and that can keep a card on file with the vendor. An international store fits only if it can prepay, use a broker and sit outside the restricted country list. It does not suit a store that needs an open customer returns window, a store that wants to advertise branded products below their MAP price, or an operator who needs the vendor to carry responsibility for goods once they leave the warehouse. P.O. box deliveries have to go by US Mail rather than UPS.
The strongest case is depth and integration. The feed carries over 19,000 items, refreshes every hour, and connects to a store through CSV or API, and priority orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are promised the same day.
