What the company is
Sexy Living is a Canadian sex toy distributor, wholesaler and dropshipper based in Burnaby, BC. The FAQ on its home page says it was founded in 2000 and has been owned by 2 brothers since 2020, and the terms of service name the operator as 1252290 B.C. LTD. The home page describes the business as Canada's wholesale sex toy distributor and dropshipper, supplying hundreds of retailers across the country. Its own list of who it sells to covers brick-and-mortar stores, online shops, subscription boxes, home party consultants, influencers and health professionals such as doctors and pharmacies. For a site operator, the useful part is that one account covers stock bought for a store and orders shipped straight to a customer; the FAQ says most retailers do both. The site runs in English and French.
A sister company, EP Products Canada, is run by the same team from the same Burnaby warehouse and carries a separate catalog of brands, naming Satisfyer, Blush, Shunga and Swiss Navy. Retailers order from it through its own site and its own dropshipping app.
What it sells an operator
The company says it carries 200 brands and more than 10,000 SKUs, with real-time inventory and volume pricing. The brand list on the site includes Aneros, Dame, LELO, Fun Factory, We-Vibe, Womanizer, Kiiroo, Tenga, Magic Wand, Sliquid, JO, Wet, Überlube, Sportsheets and Strap-On-Me, and the full list runs on through names such as Arcwave, b-Vibe, Doxy, Hot Octopuss, Je Joue, Le Wand, Liberator, Lovense, pjur, Tantus and The Handy. The categories cover vibrators, dildos, anal toys, prostate massagers, male masturbators and strokers, BDSM toys and sexual lubricants. A downloadable brochure is offered on the site.
Retail stores get extras. The FAQ says a store receives 1 tester per store, supplied with the purchase of 3 units of that model, plus brand displays where the manufacturer provides them. Testers are display only, cannot be sold and are not offered to dropshipping-only accounts. Staff can join Toy Talk, a free live Zoom training series for retail staff, hosted with brand experts and recorded for replay; past sessions named on the page include Aneros and Dame.
The dropshipping product is a Shopify app. The FAQ says an operator installs the free SexyLiving Adult Dropshipping app from the Shopify App Store, imports the products it wants to sell, sets its own markup, and the company packs and ships each order discreetly from BC in plain packaging. The home page calls it the first fully automated Shopify dropshipping app for adult products offered by a distributor in North America, which is the company's own claim. The shipping policy says most dropship orders ship the following business day and that the default carrier for them is Canada Post.
Defects are handled by the company rather than the manufacturer: the FAQ asks for a photo or video of the defect, after which the item is replaced or the account credited.
The terms that decide the choice
Accounts are for businesses that resell sexual wellness products, and marketplace resale is the clearest rule. The FAQ says selling through third-party sellers such as Amazon CA, Amazon US, eBay, Walmart or Etsy is prohibited. The restricted brands page is more specific: an A-to-Z list of brands, from Aneros and b-Vibe to We-Vibe, Womanizer and YES Lubricants, has told the company and its retail partners that their products may not be listed by third-party sellers on those marketplaces, because those brands sell directly or have given exclusive rights. Retailers may still sell those brands in store, on their own website and through their own social channels.
In October 2026 the dropship terms set a flat $20 CAD shipping fee for orders of 3 items or less, to any location in Canada or the USA, with discreet delivery and no dropshipping fees. The FAQ gives a narrower scope: $20 CAD plus tax per order anywhere in Canada, with no other fee. The shipping policy calls the charge a nominal service charge, quoting standard dropship delivery of 2 to 7 days at $20.00. The pages differ on whether the USA is included and whether the 3-item limit applies.
For wholesale, the FAQ read in October 2026 said orders under $500 ship for $20 CAD and orders of $500 or more ship free, and the terms add that customers pay shipping unless the minimum spend is met. There is no minimum order, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and they ship by Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx or Loomis Express. The FAQ's delivery estimates run from 2 business days in the BC Lower Mainland to 4 in Alberta, 5 to 6 in Ontario and 6 to 7 for Quebec and the Maritimes.
Claims for damage or a mis-ship must be made within 7 days of receipt, and the buyer must keep the box so the company can file a report with the carrier. The FAQ asks for a defective product to be reported within 10 days of receipt, after which a replacement ships free of charge and the customer pays to send the defective item back. Invoice amounts may not be adjusted for any reason until the company has issued a credit or debit memo.
Returns need prior authorization and an RA number, and defective goods need photo evidence before one is issued. The company does not accept used goods, goods with damaged packaging, clothing, lingerie, costumes or latex products, testers or display models, products missing parts, products outside the manufacturer's original packaging, or items with an expiry date such as lubricants, contraceptives and edible products. Prices may change without notice.
The FAQ says all major credit cards are accepted, that payments go through third-party processors and that card numbers are not stored. Phone orders are not taken, because every order needs written confirmation.
The terms say the company may end access to the site without cause or notice, which can lead to the loss of information associated with the account. They are governed by the laws of BC.
Getting started and support
An operator applies for a wholesale account through the site. A representative reviews the application and follows up within 1 to 2 business days. Dropshipping is set up through the Shopify app, and the sister catalog has its own app.
Local pickup can be chosen at checkout for collection from the warehouse on Juneau St in Burnaby, which is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed on statutory holidays. Support runs through a contact form, email and a phone line on the same weekday hours, and the about page describes the support team as Canadian. A newsletter covers deals, product updates and new stock.
Company and track record
The FAQ dates the company to 2000, and the about page claims more than 25 years of experience and calls Sexy Living one of Canada's leading distributors of sexual wellness products, both its own descriptions. The about page lists integrity, education, innovation and service as its values and says it works with hundreds of Canadian retailers. The pages name no certifications, trade memberships or industry awards.
Who it suits
For a Canadian store, an online shop, a subscription box or a home party business that wants stock and dropshipping from one account, the company fits well. The Shopify app, the testers and displays for retail stores, and the free staff training give an operator more than a product list, and the sister catalog widens the range from the same warehouse.
It suits less well an operator that plans to sell the restricted brands on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Etsy, since the company rules that out, or one whose store runs on a platform other than Shopify and wants automated dropshipping, since the app is the only route the pages describe. Dropshipping to the USA is stated on one page and not on others. Returns are limited to defective goods, and the terms let the company end site access without cause or notice.
Its strength is the Canadian operating base: a Burnaby warehouse with real-time inventory, 200 brands behind one account and a Shopify app that sends dropship orders straight from the warehouse.
