What Nalpac is

Nalpac is a wholesale distributor of adult toys and novelties based in Ferndale, Michigan. Its terms of sale name Nalcor, LLC as the company doing business as Nalpac and Entrenue, and the returns page covers Entrenue as well. The About page says the company has served adult businesses since 1971 and calls itself America's leading adult toy distributor, which is the company's own description. The buyers the pages name are brick-and-mortar retailers, webstores, Amazon and eBay sellers, and home party planners.

What it sells an operator

The range runs from vibrators, dildos and strap-on harnesses to lubricants, condoms, lingerie, gift sets, books and media, and toy storage.

The dropship service is the core offer for a site operator. The dropship page says a buyer can stock any item in the inventory without warehousing it. When a customer orders from the buyer's web store, the buyer forwards the order, and Nalpac packs and ships it to that customer with a packing slip carrying the buyer's name and logo. Each dropship account has a dedicated sales representative and a customer service team.

The customer portal takes orders by Nalpac SKU, UPC or manufacturer part number, including one spreadsheet holding several orders with different ship-to addresses, and it accepts upload formats for Amazon and eBay. Accounts use it to review orders, tracking and invoices, customize the packing list, and build custom catalogs of top sellers by brand, category or attribute. The product data center, open to logged-in accounts, offers inventory updated hourly, item dimensions updated daily and MAP and MSRP pricing updated daily; the dropship page adds product images to the feed.

For a store that wants system-to-system work, the Nalpac Connect API syncs website inventory with Nalpac's, automates order entry, syncs product information, returns real-time inventory and imports order status and tracking. The tech page says the API can be reached through Nalpac's in-house developers, the buyer's own developer or third-party software, and that a buyer registers to use it and reads the online documentation. A mobile app, on the App Store and Google Play, offers search filters that surface top sellers, restocking by scanning a box's UPC barcode, wishlists shared with staff or other locations, carts shared with the account's Nalpac sales rep, and merged carts that turn orders for several locations into one.

The About page claims favorable pricing and no case count requirements, but prints no price list.

The terms that decide the choice

In October 2026 the terms of sale set a minimum order of $200 worth of products, unless the company agrees otherwise in writing, and the company may refuse to ship an order below it. Prepayment is required unless a credit agreement is in place. Where credit is extended, payment is due net 30 days from invoice, and credit limits may be reduced or revoked at any time at the company's sole discretion. Overdue amounts carry a late payment fee of 2% a month or the maximum the law allows, whichever is greater.

The terms also make the individual who places an order a guarantor. Such a person represents that they can act for the buyer and that the buyer can pay its debts, and they guarantee payment as an obligor of the purchaser.

Delivery is Ex Works by default, under INCOTERMS 2010, unless agreed in writing. Under that default the customer carries transport costs, insurance and risk of loss from the handover to the first carrier.

Buyers declare that they are 18 or older, have the legal right to hold adult products where they operate, will not supply minors, and bear any legal consequences. The pages describe no ID check beyond that declaration.

Returns are narrow. All sales are final once an order leaves the warehouse, except refused or returned packages, defective products, products damaged in transit and wrong items. Customer dissatisfaction, buyer's remorse and items ordered in error do not qualify. Cancellation is accepted only before an order is picked, packed or invoiced. Returns need prior authorization, a Return Authorization number and photos, and manufacturer-related claims need the serial number. The terms require defects to be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery and say that later claims are waived. The shipping page sets different windows: 24 hours for damaged packages and for defective products reported by end-user and dropship customers, and 30 days for defective products reported by brick-and-mortar buyers. No product is approved for return after 1 year from receipt.

In October 2026 the terms allow a restocking charge of up to 15% of the price paid for returned products. The shipping page adds a 20% restocking fee on orders refused at delivery or returned before shipping, and a $20 shipping service fee for a customer who requests an intercept of a shipment in transit, which the company cannot guarantee will succeed. Credits on refused or returned packages are reduced by outbound shipping, return fees and restocking fees.

A carrier's "Delivered" scan is treated as proof of delivery, and a non-delivery report must reach the company within 24 hours of the scan. A lost parcel leads to a credit memo under the carrier insurance terms, once the carrier concludes its investigation, and a shipment whose tracking shows no movement for 3 business days after pickup can be reported for a carrier trace.

International orders carry more risk to the buyer. The shipping page says import duties, customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the seller or the end customer, not Nalpac. It says the company does not honor warranty or damage claims for shipments outside the United States and does not reimburse shipping in either direction on international orders. It excludes several destinations, including Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Thailand, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Maldives, because of strict customs rules on adult toys, and it recommends UPS or FedEx international services where available.

Products are sold as novelty goods, with no warranty beyond conforming to specifications. The customer assumes all risk from resale or use, and the company's liability is limited to a refund or credit for the affected goods. Disputes go to AAA arbitration in Oakland County, Michigan, under Michigan law, with court collection of unpaid invoices carved out. The customer pays collection costs and attorneys' fees.

No contract length is stated beyond these order-by-order terms.

Getting started and support

New buyers start through Become a Customer, which has paths for brick-and-mortar stores, home party sellers and dropship accounts. The pages do not list the documents an account must supply, the approval time or the setup steps.

Support for fulfillment accounts runs through a dedicated sales representative and a team of customer service reps. The About page adds that the sales staff assist with everything from product training to event support. The site footer lists a phone number and an email address, and the shipping page directs domestic shipping and tracking issues to the account's sales representative. The pages do not give support hours or response times.

Company and track record

The About page says Nalpac's distribution services are recognized by XBIZ and StorErotica, listing Distributor of the Year from both in 2023 and 2024 among other awards, and it says the company is guided by over 50 years in business. Its sales staff have tenures the page says extend up to decades. The footer gives the address as 1365 Jarvis St. in Ferndale. The company claims its Ferndale warehouse ships orders within 2 business days.

The footer says over 20,000 items and the About text says over 18,000 products, both the company's own figures. The pages name no client shops, no certifications and no memberships.

Who it suits

Nalpac fits the adult store dropshipping niche. It suits an online adult store, a brick-and-mortar retailer, an Amazon or eBay seller or a home party planner that wants a wide inventory without holding stock, with branded packing slips and data that flows into its own systems. It fits less well for a buyer that needs no minimum order, a buyer in one of the excluded destinations, an international buyer that expects warranty cover, or a buyer that wants published refund, chargeback or reserve terms. Its key caveats are the minimum order, the individual guarantee in the terms, and the short defect-reporting windows.

The strongest case for Nalpac is the depth of its dropship and data tools. Hourly inventory, MAP and MSRP data, an API for system-to-system orders and a mobile app for multi-location buying cover much of what a growing online store needs from a supplier.
