Avasam is a dropshipping marketplace that connects an online store to vetted suppliers and automates the order flow between them. The terms name the company as Avasam Limited, registered in England and Wales, and the about page puts its headquarters in London, with further offices in India, the Czech Republic and Colombia. The home page calls it the UK's dropshipping marketplace, and a US version of the site works with US suppliers and US warehouses. Adult products are one of its catalog categories: a dedicated adult page pitches the platform to people starting a sex toy business who want to run an online adult store without holding stock.
What it sells a site operator
The product is a seller account on the marketplace. The seller connects its webstore or marketplace account, picks products from the supplier catalog, and lists them on its own channel. Once a payment card is registered and the products are mapped, the platform automates the order details, the payment to the supplier, the shipping instructions, dispatch confirmations and inventory synchronization. Stock levels sync every 30 minutes, so a listing is marked out of stock when the supplier runs out, and product data can be exported as CSV files for bulk upload. Manual orders and order import files are a further route for channels that are not connected.
The integration list names TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay, ShopWired, BigCommerce, Amazon, WooCommerce, EKM, OnBuy, Wix, Linnworks and Wish, with a custom website integration on request. Automated product listing, which pushes titles, descriptions, images and attributes straight to the seller's store, works on some of those channels, among them BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce and OnBuy. Pricing rules can set margins automatically, and the FAQ says supplier price rises are held for 3 days before they apply for sellers who do not use them.
The adult category sits beside the platform's other ranges, from home and garden to health and beauty, pets and fashion. The adult page describes products from verified UK suppliers on the UK site and US suppliers on the US site, ranging from bath toys to stimulation toys, and the hot products page shows sex toys from named brands among the featured lines.
Pricing is a subscription ladder. A free account lets a seller browse the catalog with no card needed, and a paid plan is needed to source products. The paid tiers are Starter, Advanced, Preferred Business and Guru, every one marked "0% Transaction Fees" with unlimited channel integrations and orders. The tiers differ in how many products a seller may source, in AI credits for listing copy, and in support: live chat and telephone start at Advanced, and the upper tiers add an onboarding call and account management. In October 2026 the pricing page shows Starter at £15.75 plus VAT a month, marked down from £24.99, and Guru at £899 plus VAT a year. An AI listing add-on and an eBay listing tool are sold separately.
The terms that decide the choice
The adult page promotes sex toy dropshipping openly and says the platform ensures compliance with regulations and guidelines, which is the vendor's own claim. The terms' list of prohibited items, which no user may list, buy, sell or supply, includes pornography, counterfeit items and goods that infringe intellectual property, and the conduct rules bar any illegal pornography and exploitation. Suppliers learn the full prohibited list at onboarding. The platform may review inventory, listings and orders, and it can suspend or close an account that lists a prohibited item without notice.
Payments run through Adyen as the processor, but Avasam is the contact for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and disputes. The terms say Avasam responds to card networks on a user's behalf when a chargeback is filed and may charge the fees for processing it. Orders are paid by registered card before dispatch, and the FAQ warns that a marketplace may pay out to the seller after the order has to be paid. In October 2026 the terms require a seller to keep a refundable minimum deposit of £50 or US$50 in its account, returned at closure less anything owed. Direct Debits are generally not accepted, overdue invoices carry interest, and registration may require identity or company documents.
Seller protection rests on supplier rules. The FAQ says suppliers must dispatch within 24 hours of payment on business days, use plain packaging with no marketing material or invoices inside (unless they own the brand), and offer at least 1 tracked service. They accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery when the item is unused and in original packaging, and faulty items within 60 days; the supplier pays return shipping on faulty or incorrect items, and a lost item the supplier cannot prove delivered is refunded in full. Orders can be canceled until dispatch. Some suppliers block certain sales channels, flagged in red on the product page. Custom branded packaging is not offered.
The terms also carry a disclaimer that many product titles and descriptions are generated or enhanced with artificial intelligence and that the user must check them before listing. The pages describe no notice-and-takedown procedure.
Getting started and support
Onboarding starts with a free account; upgrades are billed pro rata, and the Subscription menu handles downgrades and cancellations. The refund and cancellation policy says a cancellation runs to the end of the current period with no refund for it, and the FAQ adds that a request more than 25 days after the last billing date means paying one more month. Invoices download from the platform.
Support runs through live chat, email, telephone and an in-platform ticket system, Monday to Friday 0900 to 1800 and Saturday 1100 to 1700, according to the pricing page. Seller and supplier contact goes through tickets, so the platform can step in on disputes. A help center holds articles and video guides.
Company and track record
The about page says Avasam was conceived in 2017 and launched in October 2019 as what it calls the UK's first full service dropshipping marketplace, names its CEO and founder, and mentions recognition at the British Business Awards in 2019. The pricing page claims more than 100,000 dropshippers. Suppliers are described as registered limited companies, personally vetted through management meetings, site visits and company checks, able to join only on invitation, and each assigned an account manager.
Who it suits
An operator that already runs a store on one of the listed platforms and wants adult products from vetted suppliers, automated orders and inventory sync without a warehouse has the clearest fit, in the UK or the US version. A seller who wants its own branding on parcels, a payment method other than a card, or a per-product price negotiation will not find those here. The caveats are plain: the terms bar pornography as an item, so the adult range is goods rather than media, a deposit stays in the account, and supplier margins and stock vary. The strongest point is the automation itself: order, payment and shipping flow without manual copying, backed by written supplier dispatch and returns rules.
