Adult Drop Shipper

Adult Drop Shipper, which its pages abbreviate to ADS, is a US drop shipping provider for the adult trade. The home page describes the model in 4 steps: a customer orders from the operator's own website or store, the operator sends the order to ADS by hand or automatically from its website, ADS picks, packs and ships it, and the parcel reaches the customer with the operator's company name on the packing slip. The About page says the company has been, in its words, "the leading Drop Shipping provider in the adult industry" for the past 20 years. The footer gives its office as 59 Lake Dr., Hightstown, NJ. It sells to businesses that already sell adult products or want to start, from a first online store to a marketplace seller.

What it sells a site operator

The core product is drop shipping from stock the company holds. The home page says ADS does not simply relay orders to third-party fulfillment centers but brings the operator the thousands of stocked items from ECN and XGEN, so that a store can offer the entire ECN and XGEN catalog as if it were its own; the page sums it up as "our warehouse is your warehouse". The About page places its warehouses across the United States and says most products ship within 24 hours. It gives the range as over 28,000 adult novelty and lingerie products from over 100 manufacturers, while the home page speaks of products from more than 150 vendors; both are the vendor's own figures.

The partners page names the suppliers behind the range and quotes each one's own description: CalExotics, which says it has worked on pleasure products since 1994; Doc Johnson, established in North Hollywood, California, in 1976 and claiming a catalog of more than 2,000 items in production; Pipedream, founded in 1973 in Ohio; the lingerie and costume maker Leg Avenue; and Blush. Another listed maker describes its materials as body-safe silicone, hand-blown borosilicate glass, TPE and TPR, free of phthalates, additives and fillers. The same page carries headings for e-commerce integrations and shipping partners.

The pricing page sets out 3 tiers of service. In October 2026 it lists a Basic plan at $25 billed monthly, with free setup and $3 per order, and an Enhanced plan at $99 billed monthly, with a $99 setup fee and the same $3 per order. Both plans carry order comments and a personalized packing list, and the Enhanced plan adds full data APIs and a full order API. A third tier, Specific Plans, is quoted by phone and covers everything in Basic or Enhanced plus further customizations: API integrations and connectors, advanced branding, identification and authentication, organization administration, customizable usage limits, industry modules and enterprise level support. The pricing page names these features without describing them.

Order intake comes in 2 forms. The How It Works page says orders go to the vendor manually through its own website on ADS Basic, or through an integration, and can be sent at any time, 24/7. Once an order is placed, the stock is allocated to it until it is picked, packed and shipped discreetly. The page says orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours, claims a fill rate above 99%, and says inventory, fulfillment and tracking information are available electronically. Carriers are FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL, for domestic and international shipments.

The home page lists the benefits in its own words: discreet shipping and packaging, no inventory to stock and no high overhead, automated catalog and inventory data feed options, orders shipped to the customer under the operator's name, and the choice to fulfill each order as Ship Complete or Fill and Kill. The operator keeps control of its own pricing, site design, shipping options, promotions and sales.

The terms that decide the choice

The home page names the businesses ADS serves: brick-and-mortar toy, novelty and bookstores, online adult stores, adult home party consultants, mail order companies selling online and offline, and marketplace and power sellers. The pages publish no rule on which stores or products it refuses and describe no approval step beyond the representative's call.

The money terms are the plan fee, the setup fee and the flat per-order charge. Plans are billed monthly. Every page footer links an 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping compliance statement. The terms address on the site returns a not-found page, so no terms of sale, returns, cancellation or contract length are published, and the pages do not say how an operator pays its fees.

Getting started and support

The Getting Started page is a short request form. The operator chooses a service from Basic, Enhanced, STORE2DOOR Basic or STORE2DOOR Plus, or marks it as a follow-up or not sure, then gives a name, an email, a phone number and a website, says whether it already dropships adult products, and adds a subject and message. A representative then contacts the operator to discuss how ADS can help. The page addresses sellers who are just starting out as well as established ones, and says the company prides itself on its fulfillment times and on a hands-on approach to supporting its partners. STORE2DOOR also has its own menu entry, which the pages do not describe further.

Existing customers sign in through a login page, which links new businesses to the same request form. Every page lists an 800 phone number with an extension, an information email address and the Hightstown office. The page descriptions speak of web solutions that scale from manual order entry to integrated API connections, and of a global network of shipping carriers.

Company and track record

The company trades as Adult Drop Shipper and calls itself ADS throughout its pages. The About page says it has shipped more than 6 million orders worldwide over the past 20 years, and the Getting Started page claims over 20 years of experience drop shipping adult products; both are the vendor's own statements. Its mission statement says it aims to give e-commerce businesses a smooth drop shipping process and understands the particular demands of the adult trade.

Who it suits

A new online adult store that wants a stocked catalog without holding inventory has a clear entry point in the Basic plan, ordering by hand through the ADS website. A store that wants data feeds and an order API wired into its own system is the Enhanced plan's market, and a larger seller that needs custom branding, organization administration or usage limits is pointed to a phone quote. A brick-and-mortar shop, a party consultant or a marketplace seller can use the same service, since the home page names all of them.

The caveats are plain: no terms of sale or returns terms are published, the API sits on the Enhanced tier and above, and the fill rate, shipping time and order volume are the vendor's own claims. The strongest point is the stocked model itself: the ECN and XGEN catalog shipped from US warehouses under the operator's name, with the plan fees and the per-order charge printed in full on the pricing page.
