What the company is

Net1on1 Wholesale is an adult trade supplier based in Shoreham-By-Sea, West Sussex, United Kingdom, with a returns and warehouse operation in Arundel. The company says it was founded in the summer of 2000 and describes itself as the largest online supplier of wholesale sex toys and adult products in the UK. Its customers are trade buyers rather than consumers: shops, party-plan sellers, online stores, and people exploring the idea of starting an adult business, who can open an account to see the products and prices first. The home page says it supplies customers all over the world, naming the USA, Russia, Australia and Europe.

For a site operator the distinctive part is the website line. Its shop-in-a-box product is a pre-built adult e-commerce site loaded with the company's catalog, so an operator with a domain and a brand can open a store without building the product range from scratch.

What it sells an operator

The pages set out wholesale, dropship and shop-in-a-box as separate ways to buy. Wholesale means buying stock in bulk, shipped to the buyer's own premises, for the buyer to send on to its customers. Dropshipping means the company holds the stock, ships each order to the end customer so that it looks as if the buyer held the stock, and bills the buyer only as items sell. Shop-in-a-box is a store built around the same catalog and linked to the company's systems.

The wholesale FAQ, read in October 2026, says there is no minimum order quantity but a minimum order value of £100, and the home page describes case quantities starting at 3 units. Wholesale customers go onto a discount structure automatically, and a tiered ladder raises the discount with the number of units, up to 30% on selected products; the home page adds that the discount and unit counts vary by product and that the structure is not available on every brand. Sales reps will try to match or beat a lower price found elsewhere. Orders go through a shopping basket or a CSV upload of SKUs and quantities, and the home page says UK orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3 pm arrive the next day, with Friday orders delivered the following Monday and Saturday delivery on request.

The dropship FAQ says the service itself costs nothing extra: the buyer pays for the product, the shipping and VAT. There is no minimum order quantity, so a buyer can send out a single product. Dropship customers get no discounts, though sale products stay available to them. The company aims to ship parcels ordered before 4 pm, Monday to Friday, the same day, and offers a next-working-day service among several delivery options, each priced separately. Parcels go out in discreet brown boxes or white jiffy bags.

For stores that already run, the company publishes free data feeds in CSV and XML holding image URLs, descriptions, SKUs, titles and RRP, a stock feed built for Shopify, and apps for Shopify and WooCommerce that add products, keep stock updated live and export orders to the warehouse. It supplies low-resolution and high-resolution product images that carry the product SKU so they sync to the matching item, offers the full image folder as a download in the account dashboard, and will look at requests for a bespoke banner.

The shop-in-a-box FAQ, read in October 2026, says the price starts from £499 plus VAT, and that a physical sex shop may qualify for a free build. Work starts once a 50% deposit is received, and the build takes around 2 weeks on average, depending on how fast the buyer supplies its information. The operator picks a design from several templates, branded to its specification, with options running from a basic site to a full turnkey package. The site comes with an API that links it to the company's database for automated stock sync, new-product uploads and order and tracking uploads, plus video tutorials on running it. The shop-in-a-box page also lists web hosting, a payment gateway, an affiliate program and training among the services, and says hosting, merchant accounts, payment gateway services and fully managed SEO and PPC campaigns are arranged through partners the company has chosen. The home page lists white-label options, including websites and products, among the services open to account holders.

Hosting is also sold on its own. The hosting page, read in October 2026, prices it at £149.99 plus VAT a year and calls it exceptional value. The SEO pages offer a website audit, and the home page says the team can help with SEO, digital marketing and product information.

The terms that decide the choice

The pages publish no acceptable-use rules for a buyer's own site. The marketplace term that is stated concerns eBay and Amazon: the dropship FAQ says a buyer can sell there, but must first get approval from each marketplace to sell adult toys, and some marketplaces do not like dropshipping.

Wholesale orders are paid at checkout by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. No credit terms or contract length for an account are stated.

Returns are the most detailed term. The dropship returns policy, read in October 2026, accepts unwanted goods that are unused, in their original packaging with seals intact and returned within 14 days of the order, subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the return cost falling on the buyer or its customer. Goods supplied sealed and returned opened are not refunded or exchanged. A faulty item is replaced free of charge once the customer ships it back and the fault is confirmed; if it turns out to work, the company asks the buyer how to proceed and sends no replacement or refund. Credit notes must be used within 6 months of issue. Free delivery applies to UK mainland orders over £250, as the home page states.

Getting started and support

An online application triggers an automated email, and the more of its questions the buyer answers, the faster approval comes; a phone call to the office between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays can get an account approved immediately. The home page says a new customer could be trading the same day, which is the company's own claim, and account setup is free.

To open a shop-in-a-box site the buyer first needs a dropship account, then sends business information, social media links, a domain name and a logo if it has them, and general details. The hosting page says a shop-in-a-box comes with a free domain and free hosting for the first year.

Customer service works Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, by phone, email or the contact form, with separate addresses for customer service, inquiries and sales and an international phone line. Site maintenance is sold in support packages: in October 2026 the first costs £20 a month and includes 1 free support hour, and the second includes 3 hours a month, with extra hours charged on top.

Company and track record

The contact page gives the registered business as Net1on1 Wholesale Ltd, with its correspondence address in Shoreham-By-Sea and its returns and warehouse unit on an industrial estate in Arundel. The home page describes its customer service team as award-winning without naming an award body, and says its warehouse holds products across over 80 categories and 70 brand names, many of them exclusive to the company. No named clients or certifications appear.

Who it suits

Net1on1 suits a physical shop or an online store that wants a wide adult catalog, either bought in cases with volume discounts or dropshipped one item at a time with no stock on hand. Its white-label shop-in-a-box fits someone starting out who wants a stocked, branded store linked to the warehouse and is willing to pay for the build and a support package. A store on Shopify or WooCommerce can connect through the apps instead. It fits less well for a buyer who wants dropship discounts, since none are offered, or a buyer outside the UK who needs the fast next-day delivery the home page describes for UK orders.

Its strength is breadth under one account: wholesale, dropship and a turnkey website, tied together by feeds and apps that keep a store's stock and orders in step with the warehouse.
