What SiteValley is
SiteValley is a web hosting and virtual server company that trades under the domain sitevalley.com. Its pages carry a copyright line running from 2001 to 2026 and describe a team of system administrators and network engineers, with 24/7/365 first and second line support and on-demand third line support. The company sells shared hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated servers and an adult hosting plan, and it says it operates a large number of points of presence across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. For a site operator the useful product is the adult hosting plan on shared cPanel hosting, with the cloud VPS line as the step up for larger sites.
What it sells an operator
The adult hosting page is headed "We Welcome Adult Websites" and offers cPanel hosting with unmetered storage, unmetered bandwidth for standard web content, a free domain for as long as the account stays active, 10 hosted domains, 100 email accounts and 10 MySQL databases with phpMyAdmin. As of October 2026 the page lists cPanel access from $59.40 per year.
The unmetered storage line needs a careful read. The page describes it as high-speed storage for code files, databases, emails and logs, and it excludes media and non-web files. An operator who plans to host video or image libraries on a shared account should read that exclusion before choosing the plan.
Cloud VPS plans are priced by the month. As of October 2026 the KVM1-EU plan lists 1 CPU core at $9.99 /month. The VPS pages describe a 5 TB monthly quota, after which bandwidth remains unlimited but is capped at 100 Mbit/s. Each VPS includes 1 IPv4 address and 16 IPv6 addresses, and a free domain comes with an annual VPS subscription only. The pages list a 1 Gbps port speed, NVMe storage, and root access on Linux or administrator access on Windows. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded during the billing period through the client interface, with the difference charged on a prorated basis.
The general web hosting page sorts its plans by name and price. As of October 2026 the Small Business tier is listed at $8.95 /month, with 50 hosted websites, unmetered space and 100 branded email accounts. The VIP tier lists unlimited websites, emails and databases and a free dedicated IP address, and its page says a dedicated IP protects domains from hosting neighbors and helps email deliverability.
Dedicated servers are sold through the store, which lists locations including Amsterdam, Atlanta, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, Madrid, Paris, Singapore, Stockholm and Tokyo. The home page puts the starting price at $89/mo as of October 2026.
Security and backup features are presented as standard on the adult hosting page. It lists free SSL certificates, DDoS protection, an on-the-fly malware scanner and granular IP blocking from cPanel, and it says the account is backed up nightly with 60 recovery points over a 2-month retention period, with restores possible for the whole cPanel account, single files, emails or a database. The web hosting page names Immunify360 as a security layer on its plans.
The terms that decide the choice
The knowledge base answers the adult content question directly: "Do you allow adult content? Yes we do (as long as all the models are of legal age and no animals are engaged)." The adult hosting page frames the same position as a welcome to adult websites, and the shared hosting rules name an AdultsOnly package. The acceptable use policy sets the outer lines: it bans sites connected with child or animal pornography, copyright-infringing content, warez, proxies and torrent trackers, and it says that material SiteValley judges obscene or threatening is prohibited and can be removed with or without notice, with no refund. The company keeps the sole right to decide what counts as a violation.
The shared hosting rules matter more to an adult site than the headline "unmetered" wording. The policy bars image, filedump, mirror and banner-ad services and topsites as uploads on shared accounts. It requires at least 90% of a site's content to be linked from freely available web pages, limits downloadable files, media and streaming content over 500 KB to 10% of the used disk quota, and caps music, video and other multimedia files, image files included, at 5,000 MB per shared account. The AdultsOnly package, like the other entry packages, may be suspended above 100 000 inodes. Accounts are also held to CPU, memory and email-sending limits.
The terms of service include a clause that the company may, at its discretion, ask for a photo or scan of an identity document and may refuse service without giving reasons. The terms also say the services are not intended to provide a PCI environment and should not be used as one without further compliance activity by the customer, which matters to a site that handles card data.
As of October 2026 billing is in US dollars, with VAT added according to the billing country. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates, and the terms say the amount charged can move slightly between checkout and settlement. The terms allow SiteValley to change prices for domains, SSL certificates, hosting panel rental and other add-on services when third parties change theirs, with 10 calendar days' notice by email. If a customer asks to terminate a VPS that came with a free backup copy within 30 days of the first payment, the terms set a single fee of $15, or the full service price if that is lower.
Several fees are marked non-refundable in the terms: fees paid for non-hosting support, additional domain registration, renewal and redemption fees, and the ID protect service. Technical support is free only for hosting-related problems and is requested through the help desk in the customer area, and the company says it has no obligation to answer requests sent any other way. The terms also state that SiteValley servers are not an archive, so the customer must keep its own copies of content; the acceptable use policy speaks of weekly backups of new or changed data on shared servers, beside the nightly backups the adult hosting page describes.
Refunds and cancellation follow fixed rules. A customer may receive a refund if the account is canceled within the first 30 days after the service became active, and not after. Refunds do not apply to dedicated servers, dedicated IP addresses, operating systems, licenses, upgrades, renewals, add-ons or domain fees. A customer cancels by a help desk ticket under Billing Issues at least 3 working days before renewal, and account management, terminations and refunds are handled only after the customer passes a verification procedure. In October 2026 the acceptable use policy adds a $200.00 fee on top of any improper chargeback, with the account terminated, and a $15 one-time fee to recover a backup after an account is canceled for non-renewal. Accounts suspended for more than 14 calendar days without a fix can be terminated, with backups deleted.
The policies list copyright infringement among banned content but set out no DMCA notice and counter-notice procedure.
Getting started and support
Signup runs through the customer portal, where the plan, location and billing period are chosen. The VPS pages say a virtual server is created about 30 seconds after payment, and that access details arrive by email within a couple of minutes. The store menu also lists domain registration and transfer to the company.
Support runs through a help desk and a knowledge base organized by topic, covering shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domains, security and billing. The company says its support is available 24/7, 365 days a year, and the pages list a telephone number and a network status page. The terms require tickets to be placed in the right category, and they warn that misuse of the help desk can lead to restrictions, suspension or termination of the hosting account.
Company and track record
The pages describe SiteValley as a company with 10 or more years of collected customer reviews on the adult hosting page, while other pages say 7 or more years. The home page states 17 worldwide locations and 18 or more data centers, and it lists cities from Amsterdam to Tokyo. The adult hosting page cites 50 worldwide locations for its DNS anycast network, and the VPS page cites 500 or more peers. Those figures are the company's own, and they differ between pages. The pages name no executive team, and the customer testimonials are presented with first names and places rather than company names.
Who it suits
SiteValley fits a site operator who wants inexpensive cPanel hosting for a small or medium adult site, with unmetered web space and a free domain, and who can accept a shared environment. It also suits a site that is ready to move to a cloud VPS with root access and a fixed monthly quota, and that wants a low entry price with the 16 locations the VPS page offers.
The limits are plain. The adult policy is a short knowledge base answer beside an obscenity clause the company applies at its own judgment. Shared accounts cap multimedia files and bar image-hosting services, which points a gallery or video site toward the VPS and dedicated lines. The terms reserve the right to request identity documents and to refuse service without reasons, and the refund window is 30 days.
The strongest part of the offer is the price and the breadth of the range. An operator can start on shared cPanel hosting at a low monthly cost, and move to a VPS or dedicated server from the same company when the site grows.
