What the company is

Hostfory is the brand under which Onehostplanet s.r.o. sells its servers. The terms describe the company as a limited liability company incorporated in the Czech Republic and registered in Prague, and the contact page lists an Amsterdam headquarters. The about page dates the business to 2009, when it started with a single rack in Kyiv serving IPTV operators, and it gives the company's autonomous system number as AS209155, registered with RIPE in 2015.

For a site operator this is a bandwidth-first host of bare-metal, virtual and GPU servers, with BGP and anycast for customers who bring their own address space. Its adult hosting page is aimed at adult video, tube, cam and dating platforms, and it opens by calling them workloads that generic hosts turn away because of their traffic and DDoS profile.

What it sells an operator

The product list in the terms covers dedicated bare-metal servers with 1, 10, 100 and 400 Gbit/s ports, cloud and 100G VPS instances, GPU servers on NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell cards, high-density ZFS storage servers, and IP transit, BGP peering, anycast and DDoS protection. The adult hosting page names 3 stock builds as the closest match to adult workloads and says each can be customized for port, storage, RAM and DDoS profile. In October 2026 it lists a dual Xeon E5-2690 v3 server with 128 GB of RAM, 2 NVMe drives and an unmetered 10 Gbit/s port from $500 a month, and a dual Xeon Gold 6138 build with ports up to 100 Gbit/s from $650 a month. The home page lists dedicated servers in general from $99 a month, and the location pages start a single-CPU build with 64 GB of RAM at $139. Setup on those pages runs from 6 to 72 hours depending on the city and the build.

Every dedicated server, the dedicated page says, comes with a free 100GB nightly snapshot backup to a separate storage cluster, a hardware firewall, a native IPv6 /64, IPMI or iDRAC out-of-band access and BGP sessions on request. Long-term tenants can join a buyback program on fixed 24 or 36 month terms, with monthly payments credited toward owning the server and only colocation charged afterwards.

For video, the adult page points to unmetered ports with no fair-use cap, NVMe hot tiers for popular content and storage servers for the long tail. The storage line runs ZFS with ECC memory and S3-compatible software pre-installed; in October 2026 the storage page lists the Vault S at $379 a month for 54 TB usable, up to 306 TB usable on the largest fixed plan and 375 TB raw per server, with no per-GB egress fees. GPU VPS plans pass a whole RTX PRO 4500 or 6000 card through to the customer's VM, the 6000 with 96 GB of VRAM, and the GPU page names real-time AV1 encoding with NVENC among its uses, at $550 a month for the 4500 plan.

DDoS filtering is where the pages disagree with themselves. The adult hosting page gives up to 1.2 Tbit/s of always-on scrubbing filtering within about 10 seconds, the about page, the GPU page and the home page FAQ give 1.6 Tbit/s, and the home page DDoS section gives 500 Gbit/s. Most pages say protection is included at no extra cost, while the plan filters on the location and dedicated pages read "DDoS protection + $25/mo" in October 2026. The home page also says there are no setup fees, while the terms allow for setup fees where applicable.

The adult content policy

The adult hosting page says legal, age-verified, consensual adult content is explicitly welcome on dedicated servers and VPS, and its FAQ calls adult a core niche rather than a grudging exception. A knowledge base answer adds that adult video, tube and cam platforms and dating networks are allowed, provided all content is legal-age, consensual and lawful in the jurisdictions where the customer operates.

The hard line is the same on every page. Child sexual abuse material leads to an instant null-route and a law-enforcement referral, and content made or shared without the consent of the people shown, deepfakes of real people among it, is banned and ends in termination. The acceptable use policy has no adult category of its own: its list of always-prohibited content also covers content that endangers identifiable people, public crypto-mixing services, darknet marketplaces and content glorifying mass-casualty attacks. It says the company aims to be one of the most permissive providers in Europe, and that within those rules customers may use their servers as they see fit. A separate answer welcomes tube and file-hosting sites but rules out distributing copyrighted mainstream content without a license.

The pages require content to be age-verified but do not say how that is checked, and they set out no record-keeping procedure for adult content. The terms allow identity checks (KYC) where the law requires them or high-risk indicators appear, and let the company refuse or end accounts at its discretion, including for sanctioned jurisdictions.

Payment, refunds and renewal

Prices are quoted in EUR or USD before VAT. The terms list payment by SEPA bank transfer, cards through Stripe, PayPal and major cryptocurrencies, with processor, conversion and bank fees on the customer. Recurring fees are charged in advance for a monthly, quarterly or annual period. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless agreed in writing; after 7 days of non-payment services may be suspended, and after 30 days they face termination and data deletion.

Setup fees and prorated usage are non-refundable under the terms. Pre-paid full months of unused service may be refunded at the company's discretion, less setup, license and bandwidth overage costs. Services renew automatically unless canceled through the customer panel at least 3 days before the renewal date; a later request takes effect at the end of the next billing period. The home and location pages advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee. On termination for cause, fees paid are not refunded.

Service levels, liability and data

The service level agreement commits to 99.99% network uptime, measured at the edge routers and excluding scheduled maintenance, and 99.99% power availability. A failed component is to be replaced within 4 hours of a confirmed diagnosis. Critical tickets get a first response within 15 minutes, and standard tickets within 1 business hour. Credits are issued on request, are capped at that month's fee for the affected service and are the sole remedy for unavailability.

The company's total liability is capped at the fees paid for the affected service in the 3 months before the event. Customers keep full ownership of their data. The terms make backups the customer's job unless a managed backup service is bought, alongside the 100GB nightly snapshot the dedicated page includes.

Abuse, copyright and legal requests

The AUP asks for abuse reports by email, with the IP address or domain, UTC timestamps, log excerpts and the category of abuse. Acknowledgment is automatic, human review of well-formed reports starts within 1 business hour, and critical reports are handled around the clock. Copyright notices are answered under a notice-and-action procedure described as consistent with the EU Digital Services Act, and the AUP says bad-faith, automated or fraudulent takedown requests are challenged on the customer's behalf. The pages do not name the US DMCA.

Enforcement is graduated, from a notice to suspension to termination. Active outbound attacks and child sexual abuse material can lead to an immediate null-route or shutdown with no prior notice. Customers may appeal in writing to a senior engineer not involved in the original decision. Law enforcement requests must be formal, written, specific and grounded in Czech or EU law, and the company says it notifies affected customers where the law allows. Czech law governs the terms, with the courts of Prague.

Getting started and support

Accounts are opened in the customer panel. The home page advertises provisioning in 1 to 3 hours for in-stock configurations, and its FAQ says that moving from another host is covered by the company on annual plans. The home page also offers a choice of jurisdiction, Amsterdam or Warsaw in the EU, Kyiv outside it, or Miami, on single-tenant hardware with crypto payments supported. BGP sessions are set up on request.

Support runs through panel tickets, Telegram, email and a network operations center that the pages describe as staffed around the clock. Sales hours are 09:00 to 22:00 CET. The contact page claims an average response of 7 minutes in EU business hours, and the about page says every ticket reaches an L3 NOC engineer within 10 minutes.

Company and track record

The about page lists 38 team members in Kyiv, Amsterdam and Warsaw, 14 of them network engineers, and claims more than 400 active customers and 2.4 Tbit/s of network capacity. Its timeline places the points of presence at NewTelco in Kyiv, Equinix AM5 in Amsterdam, Equinix WA3 in Warsaw and Equinix MI6 in Miami. It lists ISO/IEC 27001 certification annually since 2018, a SOC 2 Type II audit last completed in Q1 2026, a PCI DSS Level 1 hosting environment on request in Amsterdam and RIPE NCC LIR membership.

Who it suits

The fit is strongest for adult video and tube platforms that need unmetered egress, large ZFS libraries and GPU transcoding, and for cam and streaming operators that want 4 locations on one autonomous system.

It is a weaker fit for a small paysite that wants shared hosting, since the product list names no shared plan, and the DDoS and setup-fee figures differ between pages, so the order confirms what applies.

The strength of the offer is what the pages publish about the network and the rules: unmetered ports, always-on scrubbing, an explicit adult welcome with a written hard line, and a service level with credits.
