What NovoServe is

NovoServe describes itself as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service company that sells dedicated, or bare-metal, servers. Its pages say it has operated since 2014, runs its own hardware from data centers in the Netherlands, Denmark and the United States, and serves businesses in streaming, CDN, gaming, SaaS, fintech and AI. The contact page names NovoServe B.V. in the Netherlands and NovoServe LLC in the United States as its operating companies. For a site operator the useful lines are the unmetered high-bandwidth ports and the adult policy, which allows legal adult content on dedicated servers.

What it sells an operator

The home page describes a fleet of more than 7,000 dedicated servers built on AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon Scalable processors, with full root access and custom hardware on request. The company says it is connected to 10 or more Tier-1 transit providers, names Arelion, Cogent and NTT among them, and reports 19+ Tbps of network capacity and more than 800 peering partners. The high-bandwidth page places its servers in The Hague and Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Copenhagen in Denmark and New York in the United States.

The high-bandwidth page sells dedicated ports from 1 Gbps up to 50 Gbps, with 100 Gbps handled by a sales quote. It states that the European servers offer up to 50 Gbps unmetered in the Netherlands, and that the American servers offer up to 20 Gbps unmetered from the New York data center. The streaming page says a dedicated 10 Gbps server gets the full 10 Gbps, not a shared uplink, and that the port can be raised to 20, 40 or 50 Gbps per server.

The CDN page targets CDN operators with 10 or more points of presence across Europe and America and uplinks of up to 50 Gbps unmetered per server. It says NovoServe is a member of the CDN Alliance. The sales FAQ is explicit that the company does not offer colocation of customer hardware, because it is specialized in bare-metal IaaS.

GPU servers are sold from a live webshop. As of October 2026 the GPU page lists a Supermicro X11 1U server with 1 NVIDIA RTX A4000 (16 GB), 2 x Intel Silver 4116 processors, 64 GB DDR4, a 480 GB SSD and 25 TB of traffic at a 2 Gbps rate for €306 per month. An HPE DL380 Gen9 with an RTX 3090 in a 12LFF chassis is listed at €421 per month with the same traffic allowance. The FAQ on the same page says that single-GPU dedicated servers start from €219 per month. The page also describes 8-GPU nodes and a range of NVIDIA and AMD cards, including the RTX PRO 6000.

The reseller page offers tiered volume discounts, an automated server builder, full IPMI and root access on every machine, and the option to resell servers as unmanaged boxes or as managed services under the reseller's own brand. It states that the reseller handles sales and first-line support while NovoServe handles power, cooling, network and hardware maintenance. The company says more than 300 hosting resellers have moved to it. Its API covers programmatic ordering, automated provisioning, remote reboot, shutdown and power-on, and cancellation workflows, and the reseller program comes as two region-specific frameworks, one for Europe and one for America, each setting out deliverables and SLAs.

The adult policy and the terms that decide the choice

The adult policy is a knowledge base article, and its opening answer is the one an operator will quote: "Yes, the hosting of legal adult content is permitted on NovoServe’s dedicated servers." The article attaches conditions. All content must be legal within the jurisdiction of the data center where the server sits, which the article gives as Europe or the USA. Content must follow the acceptable use policy, which the article says takes a strict line on illegal imagery. The customer is solely responsible for what it hosts, and the company recommends strict oversight and age-verification protocols.

The article is written about dedicated servers and adds that the unmetered high bandwidth on offer suits streaming adult content. It does not mention the CDN or GPU pages by name, so an operator who plans to run a CDN node or a GPU server for adult media should ask for that in writing before ordering. The streaming page says the same thing in a different form: NovoServe says it supports legal video streaming, provided the content complies with the laws of the hosting country (the Netherlands, Denmark or the USA) and the acceptable use policy. The company says it does not cap traffic for streaming customers.

Abuse handling is set out in a knowledge base article. Reports go by email to the abuse department in plain text, in English, one case per report, with the submitter's name and email, a NovoServe IP address on one of its named networks and a piece of evidence; copyright complaints need a link to the original content, trademark complaints the registration details, and DMCA reports are processed only as plain text. Reports that miss these requirements are discarded. A valid case is forwarded to the customer, who must comply within 48 hours under the acceptable use policy; if the customer does not, NovoServe null-routes the reported IP.

On contract length, the GPU page describes flexible monthly contracts alongside annual and multi-year lease agreements that bring volume discounts, and the reseller page speaks of plans from short-term monthly contracts to long-term commitments. The legal page splits the paperwork by entity: NovoServe B.V. for European customers and NovoServe LLC for American ones, each with its own Terms of Service, acceptable use policy, SLA and data processing agreement. The high-bandwidth page describes the network as designed for 99.999% uptime, which is the company's own claim. Cancellation and refund terms are not set out on the product pages.

Getting started and support

Custom GPU configurations are provisioned in 1 to 3 days, and pre-racked systems are listed as deployable at once. The server builder on the reseller page allows the CPU, RAM, storage and GPU to be chosen before ordering, and the high-bandwidth page says a free high bandwidth test server can be requested through live chat. The company also offers a looking glass and speedtest servers in Amsterdam and New York so an operator can check the network before buying.

Support is 24/7 and is described in several ways across the site. The home page says customers get direct access to senior network and system engineers. The CDN page adds a dedicated account manager for CDN deployments. Operators can open a ticket in the NovoServe Portal, or use live chat, the contact form, telephone, email, WhatsApp or Messenger, as the contact page lists them.

Company and track record

The home page states that NovoServe has been in business since 2014 and has more than 500 B2B clients. The reseller page puts the reseller base at more than 300. The data centers are described as ISO-certified Tier-III sites, and the GPU FAQ adds ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certification for its facilities. The contact page gives its hubs as the Netherlands, Denmark and North America. The home page carries customer quotes from hosting, gaming and software businesses, which are the company's own selection.

Who it suits

NovoServe fits an operator running streaming or CDN nodes that needs dedicated hardware with a large unmetered port in Europe or the United States. It also fits a hosting company that wants to resell dedicated servers under its own brand, with root access and IPMI on every machine. The pages sell dedicated servers, not shared hosting or VPS plans, so a small first site that needs those will look elsewhere.

The limits are stated plainly. Adult content is allowed on dedicated servers, under the legal and AUP conditions above, and the policy article is not written for every product line. There is no colocation of customer hardware. And the 48-hour abuse window before a null-route asks for a site that can act on a complaint quickly.

The strongest part of the offer is the network: high-capacity unmetered ports, a stated 19+ Tbps backbone and a range of hardware from single GPU to multi-socket servers, with support that is described as direct access to the engineers who run the network.
