What NetShop ISP is

NetShop ISP is a hosting company whose terms give an address in Larnaca, Cyprus. It describes itself as an award winning hosting provider established in 2004 and states that it holds ISO 9001 certification. Its catalog covers dedicated servers, virtual servers, cPanel web hosting, colocation and resold software licenses, and it serves businesses that run websites, trading platforms, game servers and streaming services. For a site operator the relevant lines are the bare-metal and VPS ranges, because the terms make adult sites subject to prior permission from the company.

What it sells an operator

The web hosting page sorts its plans by location. As of October 2026 the CY Starter plan is listed at €7.99 /month, with 2 GB of disk, 10 GB of monthly bandwidth, 1 website, unlimited email accounts and databases, cPanel and free Let's Encrypt SSL. Weekly backups are included on that plan, and the page marks website builder and site quality monitoring as not included.

The virtual server page lists, as of October 2026, the UK SPLASH VPS at €5.00 /month with 1 vCPU, 512 MB RAM, a 20 GB SSD, a 50 Mbps network speed and 1 dedicated IP, with a stated setup time of 1 minute. Other VPS lines on the same page add more RAM and bandwidth, and the page says the servers run in several countries, including Cyprus, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Dedicated hardware is sold through a configurator on the home page that returns an instant quote, and through fixed listings on the solutions pages. The forex page, for example, lists the US-SX4 at €140.00 /month in October 2026: a quad-core 3.8 GHz CPU, 32 GB RAM, 2 x 480 GB SSDs, a 1 Gbps port, 20 TB of monthly bandwidth and a United States IP. The colocation page sells rack space from 1U upward, with a 1 Gbps port, 1 TB of monthly bandwidth and 2 C13 power outlets via redundant feeds on the entry unit, and it notes that hardware procurement can be arranged.

The myNetShop portal handles ordering and management. The home page says it provides real-time usage statistics, a REST API, server management and crypto or online payments in one place. The licensing page resells Microsoft SPLA, VMware ESXi, Citrix XenServer, Plesk, cPanel, DirectAdmin, SpamExperts, Virtuozzo and ESET agents for hosting servers. Industry pages cover forex trading platforms, iGaming, gaming, streaming, eCommerce and SaaS, and the forex page describes trading platform servers, cross-connects with liquidity providers and proxy virtual servers.

The terms that decide the choice

The adult rule is the first point an operator will read, and the terms state it in full: pornography and sex-related merchandising are allowed only after prior permission from NetShop ISP, and the same section covers sites that may infer sexual content or link to adult content elsewhere. The terms do not say which plans or servers carry that permission, so the approval step is the only route the published text describes. The company may suspend or terminate an account that breaches the terms, and any other account the client holds, without previous notice.

The acceptable use section gives examples of unacceptable content, among them pirated software, hacker programs, Warez sites, MP3 sites, HYIP and BitTorrent. Spam, service abuse and IRC on shared hosting are also addressed, and the company says it will notify law enforcement where it believes a violation is criminal.

As of October 2026 the billing section sets the payment terms. All payments are non-refundable, including the one time setup fee and later charges regardless of usage. Cryptocurrency payments carry a fee of 3% on each transaction. Invoices are sent by email only, a late fee is applied automatically to overdue invoices, and services are interrupted or deactivated 3 days past the due date. Billing disputes must be reported within 60 days. The same section says that a customer who disputes a valid charge with a card issuer agrees to pay an administrative fee of not less than €25 and not more than €100, at the company's discretion. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, and EU organizations can exclude VAT with a registered number. Money paid into the account balance, including recurring PayPal subscription payments, cannot be refunded and can only be used against renewal or new-order invoices.

Other clauses shape the relationship. A signed Master Hosting Agreement, where one exists, overrides the terms accepted at signup. Under the fraud clause the company may accept or reject registrations, orders and use of services at its discretion, crediting any withheld amount to the client's portal balance. Liability for any one incident is capped at the fees the client paid in that year, and the terms are governed by Cyprus law with the Cyprus courts as the forum. The terms also cover resellers, who may create sub-accounts, sub-lease their server space and must support their own clients, and who need a signed Partner Agreement before they can resell.

Backups are a point operators should check before ordering. The terms say that data on VPS and dedicated servers is not backed up automatically and that the customer must set up backups. Web hosting backups are kept on the same server and cannot be guaranteed at a given point, and restores go through a support request that can take longer than other requests. On VPS plans, SMTP port 25 is blocked by default, and unblocking requires an on-demand KYC check and a signed letter on company letterhead describing the purpose of the mail.

The terms say that the Service Level Agreement and guaranteed uptime depend on the product, and they refer the customer to the company for details; Managed SLAs are sold as an add-on that the menu pitches with 100% infrastructure uptime, the company's own claim. The terms list copyrighted material used without authorization among prohibited content but set out no DMCA notice or counter-notice procedure.

Getting started and support

Signing up runs through the free account option on the home page and the myNetShop portal, where invoices are issued and paid. The web hosting pages say that cPanel and Softaculous installers are included, and the VPS pages list root access and a choice of control panels, including cPanel, Plesk and Virtualizor. The company offers free help to move websites, databases and email from another provider, and the VPS page offers a free migration consultation.

Support is split by team. The technical and network operations team is described as available 24/7, while other departments are reached within standard business hours. The home page lists live chat, phone, email and Teams, and says the live helpdesk is staffed by people rather than bots. The plan pages add phone support on a Cyprus number, a ticketing system and instant messaging over WhatsApp, Telegram and Teams. The contact form promises a reply from a hosting specialist within 24 hours, with inquiry types that include sales, custom SLA, support, abuse and legal.

Company and track record

The pages present NetShop ISP as established in 2004 and certified to ISO 9001. The home page states that the infrastructure spans 15 data centers in 13 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific and the United States, and it lists locations including Cyprus, Malta, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Brazil. These are the company's own figures. The home page also describes its bare-metal servers as Dell hardware with Intel and AMD processors and out-of-band iDRAC access in 6 data center locations, and it offers a price match guarantee to customers who bring evidence of a lower competitor price. The registered company is S.S. NetShop Internet Services Ltd, with a Cyprus registration number given in the footer.

Who it suits

NetShop ISP fits an operator who wants root-level bare-metal or VPS hosting in several countries from one portal, with a technical desk that answers around the clock. It also suits a site that needs cPanel hosting in Cyprus or the Netherlands at a low monthly price. The range is broad. A site can start on an entry VPS and move to a dedicated server or colocation without changing company.

The limitations are plain in the terms. Adult sites need prior permission, so an operator should not assume that any plan will accept adult content before the company confirms it. As of October 2026 the terms make payments non-refundable and put a 3% fee on the crypto route; VPS backups are the customer's job, and SMTP is blocked by default. A site that needs a written takedown procedure will have to request it, since the terms do not set one out.

The strongest point of the offer is the combination of hardware, licenses and round-the-clock technical support in a single account, with published entry prices for web hosting, VPS and colocation.
