Arynox Hosting
Tap a star to rate
Arynox Hosting sells shared hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud hosting, VPS and dedicated hosting, along with domain registration and add-ons such as SiteLock, CodeGuard and domain privacy. Its terms name Arynox Limited, registered in England and Wales with an office in Poole, Dorset, as the contracting company, while the company page calls Arynox a proud New Zealand based company and an appendix to the terms lists Arynox Artisiana Limited, registered in Auckland. For an adult site operator the brand is a small-site host: its knowledgebase says it allows adult sites on all of its hosting packages, and its terms add the conditions, including an explicit ban on adult pornography streaming websites. The home page says the company has stayed privately owned through 2 decades of growth.
What it sells an operator
Shared, WordPress and cloud hosting come in Bronze, Silver and Gold plans for 1 website, 10 websites or unlimited websites. In October 2026 the WordPress page lists Bronze at €3.90 a month, shared hosting starts at €4.90 and cloud hosting at €5.90. Every plan lists unlimited bandwidth, NVMe SSD disk space, a 1-click WordPress installer, free SSL certificates, free migrations, free daily backups, the LiteSpeed web server, cPanel and a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, with a free domain on annual plans. The cloud page describes hourly pricing with discounted monthly rates and lists object storage. The VPS page, read the same month, offers Entry at €19.99 a month and two larger plans up to Business Plus at €99.99, each with unlimited traffic, SSD storage and an SSL certificate. Dedicated hosting appears in the navigation without a price list.
The plan pages list the same add-ons for every product: multi-server management, access control with separate passwords for areas such as billing, Cloudflare built into the account, SSH access, server-side includes and log file access, unique IPs, domain privacy, SiteLock malware scanning, CodeGuard daily backups saved as separate versions, and spam filtering. Domains are priced separately, with the first year free when a hosting plan is ordered and free domain transfers. The company page lists server locations in the United States, Canada, Central Europe, Central Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and the terms name DigitalOcean, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Alibaba Cloud and Microsoft Azure as its infrastructure providers.
The adult policy and the terms that decide the choice
The knowledgebase answer to whether it can host adult video or porn is direct: adult sites are allowed and adult content can go on all hosting packages, as long as it is not illegal, and the company says it does not restrict hosted content unless it is illegal in the United States or the United Kingdom. Child sexual abuse material and the exploitation of minors are banned outright. The terms set the procedure. Legal adult content as defined by UK law is allowed, but the customer must tell the company before placing an order, because the site will be hosted on a separate IP to protect other clients from SEO effects. A customer outside the UK who intends to upload adult content of any type must contact the company before ordering, and the company may decline at its discretion.
The terms also draw the line on video. Batch processing, video encoding or transcoding, crawling, archiving and backup systems are not permitted on shared or reseller servers and need written agreement on a dedicated server, and the same clause says the company explicitly forbids adult pornography streaming websites. Sites may not carry pornography that is unlawful or that the company deems distasteful at its sole discretion, warez, or copyrighted music and videos without the rights to them. Copyright disputes over a site are the customer's to resolve, and the company may investigate content when potential abuse is reported and remove any page. Open and anonymous proxies are prohibited.
Payment is due before services start, invoices go out by email ahead of the due date, and the terms accept most major credit and debit cards, direct debit, PayPal, bank transfer and check. In October 2026 the terms charge late payment interest at 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate, and an incorrectly made chargeback can lead to suspension until reimbursed plus a £50 or $80 administration fee.
Refunds depend on the product. The plan pages advertise 30 days, while the terms give a 45 day no quibble guarantee on a new shared hosting account, minus domain fees, and a separate 7 day guarantee on servers. Domains, renewals, transfers and licenses are never refunded, an account found with pirated or illegal files loses the guarantee, and refunds are processed within 7 working days. A standard plan is canceled in the client area by 11.59pm GMT the day before renewal, a dedicated server needs 24 hours written notice before the next billing date, and canceling early does not refund prepaid months.
Uptime is an aim in the terms rather than a promise: they endeavor to provide 99.9%, excluding planned and emergency maintenance, and say a qualified engineer will be on a server problem within 30 minutes of notice. The home and VPS pages advertise a 100% uptime guarantee, which is the marketing line beside that clause. Backups are taken twice a day and stored offsite, are a best effort service the company does not warrant as complete, and leave the duty to keep copies with the customer. Denial of service defense is not included unless agreed, and the terms point to a third-party service such as Cloudflare. A suspension of more than 24 hours in 7 days that is not the customer's fault is taken off the price.
Getting started and support
Orders go through the online order flow, and a contract forms when the order is confirmed fulfilled; placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. For adult content the terms require the advance notice described above before ordering. Free migration comes with every hosting package as a best effort service aimed at 72 hours, with the customer checking the result. The support page lists chat, email, support tickets and a knowledgebase, says help is available 24/7/365, and describes the support team as award-winning and US-based. Tickets go to general, sales, billing or technical departments, and planned maintenance is posted on a status page and emailed when it lasts more than 30 minutes. The knowledgebase covers cPanel, WordPress, WP-CLI, SSH, PHP limits, FFMPEG support and upload size limits, and phone numbers are listed for the US, the EU and New Zealand.
Company and track record
The terms give Arynox Limited's company and VAT numbers and its Poole office, and Appendix B adds the New Zealand company with an Auckland address, described as independently owned with all shareholders working at Arynox and no bank finance. The company page states a mission to support small and mid-sized companies, says its team has worked with WordPress for over a decade and contributed to core, and lists open remote roles. Testimonial blocks show a 4.9 out of 5 rating on most pages, which is the company's own display.
Who it suits
Arynox fits an operator with a small adult site, a WordPress or static site that serves pages rather than streams, who will declare the content before ordering and accept a separate IP. Its low entry prices, cPanel, free migration and twice-daily backups suit that kind of site.
It does not fit a tube, a video paysite or any streaming project, because the terms explicitly forbid adult pornography streaming websites and bar video transcoding on shared servers. Adult acceptance also sits at the company's discretion for customers outside the UK. Backups and DDoS defense need an operator's own plan.
Its strength is that the adult rules are written down in both the knowledgebase and the terms, so an operator knows the conditions before the first order.
