What Kadam sells a site

Kadam is an advertising network whose publisher program places ad units on a website's pages and pays the owner for the traffic. The operator named on the contact page is Kadam Advertising Ltd, Omonoias Avenue 13, Limassol, Republic of Cyprus, register number HE 441056, and the site footer dates the service from 2012. The publisher page says adult traffic is accepted, lists "Full adult acceptance" for adult and dating sites, and claims that 95% of its publishers monetize adult, dating and iGaming traffic. Adult tube owners, streaming sites and pop-heavy adult sites are the audience it addresses most directly.

The formats offered to a site are popunder (which Kadam also calls clickunder), in-page push, push notifications, banner, native and video, and the webmaster page adds display blocks and a catfish banner that sits at the bottom of the page without covering content. Clickunder is described as "the most profitable and 'volume' format" and opens in a separate window; the page recommends it for high-volume content sites without premium inventory, naming streaming, file sharing, sports, gaming and adult sites. In-page push shows push-style notices inside the page and needs no subscription. Push notifications reach a visitor after leaving the site through a subscriber base, and the blog announces tools to migrate an existing subscriber base and connect several push providers on one domain. Video units, which the blog says now include VAST video ads, are pitched at sites with long sessions.

Segments and the dashboard

The publisher page sorts sites by type. Tube and streaming sites are pointed to a pops plus video bundle, adult and dating sites to full adult acceptance, and news and music portals to push with a high stated fill rate. An owner of several sites is offered one dashboard for 3 to 80 sites, a personal manager and the chance of a fixed CPM. The dashboard shows statistics by country and by format, with impressions and revenue, and an in-account assistant called KAI answers questions about statistics and code placement. A frequency capping setting controls how often pops fire per session, and the blog describes a Smart Mediation feature for earning more from existing traffic.

Quality control runs on the advertiser side. The webmaster page says all ads pass multi-factor moderation that keeps inappropriate content off a publisher's pages, and the home and advertiser pages describe an in-house anti-fraud filter, which the advertiser page calls the Kaminari bot traffic protection system. The webmaster page also says the team tracks search engine and ad blocker updates to protect a site's revenue.

Payouts and rates

Payouts run weekly, every Thursday. The publisher page read in October 2026 sets a $15 minimum withdrawal and prints a fee table by method. PayPal carries a 4% fee and Paxum a flat $1 per withdrawal, while bank wire, USDT on TRC20, Capitalist and WMZ show no fee, each method has its own minimum and maximum amount, card payment is listed up to a ceiling, and the page says funds are credited within 2 business days. The payment section also says a balance stays protected even if an account is banned or restricted.

Rates are quoted as CPM ranges by format and traffic tier. As of October 2026 the publisher page gives popunder ranges of about $0.20 to $4 for Tier-3 traffic and about $0.60 to $6.40 for Tier-1 traffic, with separate ranges for banner, native, video and push. Kadam's March 2026 blog post on adult site revenue adds its February 2026 popunder data: popunder brought in most publisher revenue across formats, well ahead of push, and Tier-1 markets paid several times the Tier-3 CPM. A fixed CPM for a test period is offered on a negotiated basis through a manager. These are the vendor's ranges and averages, and no page promises a rate to any one site.

Approval and onboarding

The publisher page sets out 4 steps. The owner signs up as a publisher, adds the domain and proves ownership with a verification meta tag or an HTML file; managers will do this setup free of charge on request. The site is reviewed within 24 hours, and the stated main requirement is "500+ unique visitors per day for 14 consecutive days". An email confirms approval, after which the owner copies the ad code onto the site and earnings start. A site owner unsure of eligibility is invited to ask before registering, and the page also offers a free CPM estimate first.

Integration is by ad code. The Help Center keeps separate article sections for publishers and for RTB integrations, and the pages name no CMS plugin. The footer links a User Agreement and a privacy policy, but the publisher pages do not publish a content policy, a DMCA procedure or a reserve clause of their own.

Support

Support is online and by email. The contact page gives hours of Monday to Friday, 7 am to 8 pm UTC, and weekends 8 am to 8 pm UTC. The publisher page says the team responds within 15 minutes on a business day, and in October 2026 it assigns a personal manager once a site earns $20 a day. The webmaster page says the manager helps with settings and monitors performance. The home page also lists a referral program among its publisher features.

Company and track record

The home page lists awards it reports receiving, among them the MAC Awards 2025 and the Conversion Club Affspace Awards for 2023 and 2024, both in the ad network category, and a native ad network title at the MAC Awards 2025. The webmaster page claims more than 100,000 websites work with Kadam and 80 thousand advertisers compete for impressions; the publisher page claims more than 300 billion impressions a month, and the webmaster page more than 10 billion a day across 195 countries. These are the vendor's own figures.

Who it suits

The site-operator side of Kadam is the publisher program above. The same network sells this inventory to advertisers and media buyers, who buy adult and mainstream traffic on CPM, CPC or a CPA Target bid model.

It suits an adult tube or streaming site with pop-heavy or video inventory, an adult or dating site with traffic spread across Tier-2 and Tier-3 countries, and an owner of several sites who wants one dashboard and a manager. The caveats are the approval threshold, which rules out a site below 500 unique visitors a day, fees that differ by payout method, and publisher pages without a written content or DMCA policy. The strength is a short payout cycle with a low minimum, published CPM ranges per format, and support hours that cover the weekend.
