What Adcash is
Adcash is an advertising platform with a publisher side and an advertiser side, run by Adcash OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia under registry number 12141869 with its registered seat at Ahtri 6, Tallinn. The about page says it was founded in 2007 by a team of French entrepreneurs in Estonia. For a site operator the publisher side places ad units on a tube, a paysite or a content site and pays the operator for the traffic. The advertiser side buys traffic for an operator who wants visitors for its own pages, and the advertiser page lists ADULT among its top verticals.
What it sells a publisher
The monetization page promises 6 high-performing ad formats. The site menu names video ads, pop-under ads, in-page push ads, interstitial ads and display ads, with Autotag and Direct Link as separate products, and the home page splits display into skyscraper, rectangle and leaderboard units. Autotag is described in the knowledge articles as one line of code that rotates 4 formats, pop-under, interstitial, in-page push and video slider, using audience engagement data to decide the mix, and its Monetization Goal setting adjusts how often ads appear. A publisher can also set up tags manually. The network states that it operates in over 195 countries, that its ads bypass adblockers, and that earnings can be tracked in real time through the platform or a reporting API. The home page claims Adcash has led the market in pop-under ads for over 13 years.
No plan ladder and no publisher revenue share percentage appear on the monetization page. Its FAQ says payouts depend on CPM, meaning cost per 1,000 impressions, or CPA, meaning cost per action, and that geography, audience type and engagement all shape the result, and that only quality visitors raise earnings. The scale figures are the vendor's own: 16.5 K trusted publishers, 172 B ad requests per month and 37 K+ active campaigns on the monetization page, and 90 B requests per month on 1000-1500 servers on the about page.
The adult policy as written
The publisher quality guideline in the terms sets the age rule: "If your website allows the display of adult ad campaigns, you are required to ask users to confirm that they are at least 18 years old before viewing adult content." The terms explain that Adcash has no control over who enters a site, so the age confirmation sits with the operator.
The anti-fraud policy adds a rule on tags: "Adult related websites and traffic sources should never use a tag from an already non adult website submitted and validated." An adult property therefore runs on its own submitted tag. The same policy bars sending traffic from domains that do not match the submitted URL, and placing tags inside iframes is allowed only on request with written approval.
The guideline's banned list covers sites without content, violent content, hate speech, content involving underage models, and a list of paraphilias the terms say violate human dignity, along with role play of those acts. Copyright is spelled out for publishers: ads may not run on sites that display or host copyrighted material, or that link to it, unless the publisher holds the rights. The terms also carry an anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy policy with copyright notification and termination procedures.
Site review and account checks
After the tag is placed, Adcash runs an initial check of the submission for technical quality and placement policy, and the ad space can show blank during that check. The knowledge articles describe instant approval and no traffic minimum, while the article on selling ad space says a newly signed-up site gets reviewed first. Password-protected pages may carry ads, provided the operator submits a page without a password for review, and Adcash may ask for a demo account to see protected pages, which matters for a paysite members' area. The publisher pages do not say which formats carry adult campaigns.
To verify an account Adcash may ask for a passport, ID card, driver's license, utility bills or payment method details, and SMS verification. Owning several accounts requires written approval, and a suspended or blocked account cannot be replaced by a new one without explicit written permission.
Payouts, fees and penalties
The monetization page describes payment terms of NET+1, NET+7, NET+15 and NET+30, with payouts on a monthly, biweekly, weekly or daily basis. The knowledge article says the default is NET+30 with nothing retained, while the faster NET+15, NET+7 and NET+1 options keep a small percentage to cover the cost of early payment. In October 2026 that article lists the minimum payout as $5 for crypto and e-wallet methods, rising to $100 for bank wire.
Idle accounts carry fees. A wallet inactive for 150 consecutive calendar days is marked dormant. As the terms read in October 2026, a dormant publisher account is charged a monthly fee of 10% of the balance, but not less than 100 EUR or 100 USD depending on the account currency, and a smaller balance is deducted in full. Advertiser accounts inactive for more than 300 consecutive calendar days pay a one-time fee of 100% of the balance. Fees deducted during the dormant process are not refunded.
The definitions carry a heavier clause: a Penalty Deposit, which the terms set in October 2026 at EUR 100,000, payable immediately by a publisher or advertiser on a complaint or legal action alleging a breach of the quality agreement, anti-fraud policy or anti-piracy policy. No reserve or holdback on publisher earnings appears in the terms.
Getting started and support
Publisher onboarding has 3 steps: sign up as a publisher, add Autotag to the site or set up the tags manually, and start earning. The monetization page describes integration as one code snippet that gets a publisher going in minutes, and the terms say Adcash might develop plugins for third-party services such as WordPress and Wix.
The home page lists 24/7 online support and multilingual account management and says there are no hidden fees; the about page says the team speaks 20+ languages and names its publisher managers. The pages give no support response time.
A publisher referral program pays on other publishers an operator brings in: the referral page, read in October 2026, offers 5% of everything they earn for as long as they stay active, with the note that commission rates may vary with the quality and activity of referrals.
Company and track record
The about page dates the founding to 2007 and says the company was renamed Adcash in 2011, opened a Sofia office the same year and a Paris office in 2013. Its timeline lists the anti-adblock technology in 2017, Autotag and the performance tab in 2021, and video ads and auto rules in 2025, and the page claims over 18 years of ad tech experience. Awards on the page include a Financial Times FT 1000 place among Europe's fastest-growing companies in 2017 and a 2023 AA rating for financial health from Strongest in Estonia. The team covers 28 nationalities.
Who it suits
The publisher side fits a site operator who needs a low entry point: no traffic minimum, payout frequencies from daily to monthly, and low minimums on crypto and e-wallets. It suits an adult tube or paysite that can carry pop-under and interstitial units, runs its own age confirmation, and holds the rights to what it shows.
The advertiser side covers the buy-adult-traffic category for an operator buying visitors for its own site. The advertiser page lists ADULT as a top vertical, claims 300 m unique users daily and 200+ supply partners, offers 5 formats with real-time tracking and targeting, and opens a campaign from €/$100, as listed in October 2026.
The caveats are specific. An adult site needs a tag of its own, idle publisher balances shrink under the dormant fee, and the penalty deposit clause puts a large sum at stake on a copyright or fraud complaint. The pages publish no revenue share. The strength is breadth: 6 formats, more than 195 countries and flexible NET terms in a single account.
