What SecureGlobalPay is

SecureGlobalPay is a US-based payment services provider for retail, high-risk and hard-to-place merchants in the US, Canada, the EU and the UK. Its adult merchant account page is built for site operators, and the pitch is a specialized domestic or offshore merchant account connected to a payment gateway the company runs itself. The FAQ explains the licensing model: SecureGlobalPay is an ISO for clearing and settlement institutions that sponsor it to enter Mastercard and Visa transactions into the interchange system. The About page dates the business to 2013, the contact page gives a headquarters address at 1790 Hughes Landing Boulevard, Suite 400, The Woodlands, TX, and the company text credits its founder and CEO with nearly three decades in payments.

The adult page lists the businesses it serves, among them adult subscription and membership platforms, adult content streaming, novelty and toy shops, adult magazines, books and publications, dating sites and apps, phone and chat entertainment services and live cam services. Subscription platforms, streaming and live cam services are the entries closest to a site operator.

What it sells an operator

The offer has three parts: a merchant account, a gateway and a set of payment methods. The merchant account is described as competitive in rates and transparent in fees. The gateway is described as PCI-DSS compliant, with point-to-point encryption, tokenization, AVS, 3D Secure, AI-driven fraud detection and chargeback management tools. The adult page says it connects with more than 200 shopping carts, ecommerce platforms, CRMs, recurring billing and chargeback tools, the About page names Shopify and WooCommerce, and developers get API access with documentation.

The gateway page describes how a site connects. All three implementations are supported: a hosted page that redirects the customer to the provider's checkout and keeps the merchant out of PCI scope, an integrated checkout through the API, and a self-hosted setup where the merchant collects the card data on its own server. A merchant portal handles reporting on transactions and subscriptions, a virtual terminal covers manual entry, and the gateway supports recurring billing, batch processing and Level 2 and 3 processing, with video tutorials. An operator can request a sandbox account to test the gateway before applying. The Internet merchant account FAQ adds that the company supplies code that passes customer data to the gateway, so a shopping cart is optional.

On payment methods the page is broad. It lists all major card brands in dozens of domestic and international currencies with automatic conversion, crypto, digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and ACH and eChecks, and says the company supports virtually every payment type. Subscription tools matter to adult sites, and the adult FAQ says recurring billing and subscription models are fully supported, including auto-ship programs, with customer consent tracking, retry logic and transparent billing descriptors. It also promises discreet descriptors. Offshore merchant accounts are offered for adult businesses needing international processing, and the page describes them as a route when a domestic bank has refused service or when a merchant wants to accept multiple currencies.

The terms that decide the choice

The adult page sets out no list of banned content. What it states is a set of site requirements for the application: a website that meets standards for age verification, clear terms, a privacy policy and a refund policy. The how-to article repeats that processors expect proof of age verification, a refund policy, terms of service and a privacy policy on the site, and it tells applicants to say plainly that the business is adult, noting that hiding the nature of the business slows approval. The general FAQ, as read in October 2026, adds an underwriting threshold: chargeback ratios must be under 2%, depending on business type.

Pricing is stated as a structure, with few numbers. The gateway page and the how-to article promise competitive interchange-plus pricing and no long-term contracts or hidden fees, and the home page promises no setup, early termination or other hidden fees. The adult page says clients are not tied to a long contract with a closure fee and mentions minimal rolling reserves with transparent pricing, but it gives no rate or reserve percentage for adult accounts. One condition applies to closing: the home FAQ says the company asks for 45 days notice when closing an account to avoid closure or early termination fees. A general article on the site says offshore accounts typically carry higher fees, more reserves and slower settlements; that is an explainer, not a quoted SecureGlobalPay term.

Funding is addressed twice. The home FAQ says next-day funding is available, with deposits visible the next business day, and that standard funding times are 24-48 hours; the general FAQ says transactions are usually funded within two business days after batches are submitted. Approval for adult takes longer than for other merchants: the how-to article says most adult merchant accounts are reviewed and approved within 2-5 business days and states that there is no instant approval for high-risk businesses.

Chargeback and fraud handling is bundled. The adult page lists AI-powered tools to prevent fraudulent transactions and reduce chargebacks, and says the company monitors the account and notifies the merchant about potential issues and cost-saving opportunities. As a payments product, the account carries no DMCA or hosting abuse terms.

Getting started and support

Four steps are published on the adult page. The merchant completes an online application, submits documentation that the team requests, gets approved and set up with help configuring the gateway, payment methods and billing descriptors, and then starts taking payments. The home page adds a quote step after the application review.

The adult FAQ lists the documents: a valid government-issued ID, a business license or incorporation documents, a voided business check or a bank letter for settlement, previous processing statements if available, and a website that meets compliance standards. The how-to article adds proof of domain ownership or a live website, estimated monthly processing volume and recent bank statements from the past 3-6 months, and advises starting with realistic volume figures. The general FAQ also asks for financial statements and tax returns and an SSN or EIN.

Support is described as a dedicated account manager for every merchant, reachable by phone or email on the adult page. The home page says the manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the About page lists email, chat and telephone support 365 days a year, and the contact page offers 24/7 live chat. After approval the company helps configure currency options, billing descriptors and recurring schedules, and supplies API keys or plugins to connect the site.

Company and track record

The pages claim 25+ years in the industry and describe relationships with many acquiring banks built over that time; the About page speaks of long-standing ties with dozens of acquiring banks. The company says it helps merchants who were previously declined or frozen elsewhere, and its founding text says every legitimate business deserves reliable, fair processing regardless of its model. The adult page carries a testimonial attributed to an adult industry client.

Who it suits

As a merchant account provider, SecureGlobalPay fits an adult operator who wants domestic or offshore options, a gateway it can test in a sandbox first, and a dedicated contact. For adult payment processing, the mix of cards, wallets, crypto, ACH, eChecks and recurring billing covers the methods a membership or cam site would offer, and the hosted page option suits a small site that wants to stay out of PCI scope.

The caveats are that adult-specific rates, reserves and content rules are not published, and the quote decides the economics. The strength is the combination: its own gateway, a 45-day notice rule instead of a long contract, and published funding and approval times.
