What PAYCLY is

PAYCLY is a payment services company with a Singapore address, 7 Temasek Boulevard at Suntec Tower 1, and a product line aimed at high-risk online businesses. Its menu lists credit card services, an invoicing solution, crypto settlement, a white label solution, alternative payment methods and a technology partner offer, and its industry pages cover gaming, forex, casino, high-risk accounts in general, ecommerce and IPTV. Adult has its own pages: an adult merchant accounts page, an adult toys merchant account page, an adult payment gateway page for Europe, and blog pages on adult merchant accounts. One of those blog pages says PAYCLY was founded to serve only high-risk businesses, adult included.

The footer explains how the business is built. It states that the merchant processing services offered on the site are provided in affiliation with various third parties, such as banks, acquirers or regulated e-money institutions, with PAYCLY as a reseller. It adds that approval of a new application and the proposed commercials are based on the deal offered by the third-party bank or acquirer, and that services offered by PAYCLY do not require approval from MAS Singapore. In plain terms, PAYCLY presents itself as a reseller placing adult merchants with partner banks and acquirers.

What it sells an operator

The adult merchant accounts page lists its services in a short block. High-risk merchant accounts are described as ensuring secure payment processing while mitigating risks such as chargebacks and fraud. Flexible payment processing covers credit card processing, digital wallets and cryptocurrency support, so a business can serve a global audience. Compliance and security is described in terms of PCI DSS, with encryption and privacy protection for businesses and customers. Chargeback management is described as advanced tools that help reduce the financial strain of disputed transactions. The same page's checklist of what to look for, high approval rates, chargeback alerts and fraud detection, multi-currency support and tokenization, is the list PAYCLY presents itself as meeting.

The adult toys page adds detail about the checkout. The gateway checkout page follows the language of the merchant's website, so an English site gets an English checkout and a site in a regional language gets the checkout in that language. Funds are accepted in many currencies and by credit or debit card, e-wallet and cryptocurrency, and the gateway's anti-fraud system is described as using machine learning, pattern recognition and user profiling. The Europe page names Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express among the card brands, describes stored payment details so returning customers do not re-enter them, and says the gateway can be customized through several APIs.

The About page and the site FAQ describe the platform in general terms: an integrated checkout with cards saved across businesses, local-currency payment for international customers with no additional integration costs, documented SDKs, APIs and ready-to-use plugins for major platforms and languages, and a dashboard with real-time reporting and downloadable weekly and monthly statistics on payments, settlements and refunds. The FAQ claims coverage of 150+ countries and access to 100+ currencies, and lists an e-invoicing facility. The About page claims PCI-DSS Level 1 processing, says merchants do not have to handle PCI themselves because PAYCLY deals with the banks on their behalf, and says tokenized data comes without additional fees. A separate white label offer, a ready-made framework for launching a payment gateway under one's own brand, is aimed at payment service providers rather than site operators.

Terms that decide the choice

The adult pages publish no processing rate, monthly fee, chargeback fee or reserve percentage, and no acceptable use policy that lists what adult content is allowed. Because commercials depend on the third-party deal, a quote arrives after application rather than before. The footer links an AML Policy, a Merchant Protection Policy, a Chargeback Management page, Terms of Services and a Privacy Policy.

The blog page on adult merchant accounts is more direct about terms than the service pages. Its feature list says weekly payments are made every Monday, and it says PAYCLY deals only in long-term contracts, so an operator should consider it only for the long haul. The same page concedes that its fees are higher than most people would like. On cost, it describes the card brands' annual high-risk registration fee: in October 2026 it said a processor may charge an adult business up to $1,000 a year in the United States or Canada and $500 in the European Union or the United Kingdom, passing it to the card company. That is a pass-through card-scheme charge as the page describes it, not a PAYCLY rate card.

The same page covers credit history. PAYCLY says it can still approve a business with a low credit score by opening the account with a sponsor bank that specializes in it, though underwriters may cap the initial monthly volume until a processing record builds up, and an applicant with no credit history, a recent bankruptcy or a score below 500 will most likely be rejected. The site terms let PAYCLY end access to an account without prior notice, while a merchant who wants to stop must notify PAYCLY in writing.

Getting started and support

The blog page sets out the application in four steps: fill in the online application, which it says takes 5 minutes; upload or email the additional documents; review the full proposal, pricing included, and sign it through DocuSign; then wait for underwriting approval before processing. The Europe page adds what happens next: once the application is approved, PAYCLY issues a test gateway ID for integration, the website's terms and privacy policy must be professionally drafted and posted, and the gateway goes live once the test transactions work. The adult toys page names the paperwork, such as original photo identification like a passport or driver's license and statements of personal and corporate finances for the last 3 months. The site FAQ claims instant approval for gateways and merchant accounts, which sits beside the underwriting step the adult pages describe.

The adult pages carry an "Enquiry Now" form and the menu an Apply Now route. The FAQ says an account manager can be reached on WhatsApp, Skype, LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter as well as by the info email, and the Europe page promises operator support around the clock. Integration is through the SDKs, APIs and plugins mentioned above.

Company

The company details are an address in Singapore, a copyright line for 2026 and the reseller and regulatory statements in the footer. The pages give no founding year, team names or named clients. The industry list puts adult alongside gaming, forex, casino and IPTV merchant accounts rather than as the sole focus.

Who it suits

PAYCLY suits a small to mid-sized adult website, adult toy store or subscription operator, possibly selling across borders, that wants an intermediary to arrange a high-risk card account and a multi-currency gateway, with wallets and crypto on the same checkout. It covers high-risk merchant accounts and adult payment processing together, with chargeback tools and a checkout that matches the language of the site.

The limits are plain. Reseller status means the real acquirer and the final price are decided by a third party, the contract is long-term by the vendor's own account, and payouts run weekly rather than on demand. The strength is breadth: cards, wallets and crypto in many currencies behind one gateway, backed by documented APIs, SDKs and plugins.
