What QuadraPay is

QuadraPay is a merchant introduction service for high-risk businesses. Its About page calls it a merchant service reseller that has connected high-risk merchants with payment processors since 2016, with partners across North America, Europe and Australia. The adult merchant account page frames the offer for adult websites, live cam platforms and adult dating portals, and describes the company's role as connecting a site with adult-friendly processors worldwide. The terms name the operating company as Quadra Finverse Private Limited in India, which holds the introducer relationships and "acts solely as a referral and marketing partner, not as an acquiring bank, payment processor, or underwriter." Partner payment service providers and acquirers carry the underwriting, the funds and the processing, and the merchant signs its agreement directly with them.

That structure shapes what an operator reads on the site. QuadraPay writes about the process, the paperwork and the integration options, while rates and reserves are set by the partner that takes the account. The About page also describes a referral program for agents and consultants who introduce merchants, and the site runs a forum.

What it sells an operator

The adult page lists adult merchant accounts and adult payment gateway solutions for subscription content sites, cam and live streaming platforms, adult dating and matchmaking portals, erotic literature and online magazines, adult gaming and virtual worlds, and adult e-commerce stores. The company says it can arrange accounts for adult live streaming and adult dating, which it classes as ultra-high-risk because of recurring billing and refund disputes.

Billing features are described in plain terms. QuadraPay says its partners provide automated billing, retry logic and real-time notifications for membership-based content sites and cam platforms with monthly recurring packages, and that the solutions work with chargeback alerts and fraud prevention tools. The feature list adds multi-currency acceptance in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, AUD and NZD, custom payment descriptors, and fraud screening. A separate adult subscription billing page says a merchant can ask the provider to change its billing descriptor for discretion, and that most acquiring partners require 3D Secure for adult recurring billing. Offshore adult merchant accounts are also on offer, and partner processors local to each region cover merchants in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and EEA, Australia and New Zealand.

Integration gets the most detail. Direct API integration is for custom-built platforms with in-house developers, and the page lists REST and JSON APIs with documentation, subscription billing with upgrade paths and metered pricing, real-time transaction status, tokenization and webhooks, and risk flags and fraud scoring built into the transaction flow. Hosted payment pages suit merchants with limited development resources: the processor hosts a checkout that carries the merchant's branding, handles PCI scope, 3D Secure and receipts, and the page names pay-per-view and age-restricted downloads as a fit. Ready-made plugins cover WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento and Prestashop, and partner providers supply mobile SDKs for iOS and Android adult apps. The page does not name the gateway software behind these options.

Separate pages cover adult toys, head shops, CBD and dedicated merchant accounts. They show the same introduction model in other high-risk verticals; an adult content operator will find the adult page and the subscription billing page the most relevant.

The terms that decide the choice

QuadraPay publishes no content policy of its own; it says the website will be reviewed by its acquiring partners, that it can guide a merchant on meeting those requirements, and that it can pre-screen documents before submission. The page warns that certain subjects of the adult industry may be restricted in some jurisdictions and asks merchants unsure about their model to submit the contact form so the processing partners can review it.

The page is unusually direct about why applications fail, and lists 5 reasons. Incomplete or disorganized KYC documents come first. Unclear website content is next: missing disclaimers, terms, a refund policy or age verification, and a landing page that does not say it is an adult service. The third is high predicted chargeback risk, with recurring billing, pay-per-minute services and trial offers named as riskier when not explained. The fourth is business or personal credit risk, including earlier closed accounts, where the page's advice is full disclosure. The fifth is a suspicious domain, such as anonymous registration, no SSL certificate or a domain registered within the last 3 months. Each reason comes with a fix.

Documents are listed in several places. The decline section names a government-issued photo ID, a utility bill, proof of business ownership, domain registration and bank information. The FAQ asks for company registration documents or a business license, a passport or driver's license, proof of business address, a bank letter or voided check, the website with privacy policy, refund policy and disclaimers, and compliance with the custodian of records requirement of 18 US Code 2257. The subscription billing page adds domain ownership proof and the site's subscription terms.

On pricing, the answer is quote-based. The FAQ says the cost depends on business model, processing volume and risk profile, and promises transparent pricing with no hidden fees. The high-risk merchant account page, which counts adult among high-risk industries, gives general ranges. As read in October 2026, it puts the merchant discount rate between 2.5% and 5%, says the processor holds a percentage of each transaction for 3 to 6 months, and gives the rolling reserve for its high-risk merchant account as 5% to 10%. It names chargeback fees from $25 to $50 per incident and early termination fees between $200 and $600 as costs to watch. These are ranges, not a quote, and the dedicated account page adds that settlements can be delayed case by case, with any such terms set in the processor's agreement.

Timing is stated several ways. The adult page gives an approval time of 3-7 business days and says most applications are reviewed within 24-72 hours; once an account is approved, an operator can integrate and begin processing within 1 to 2 business days. The FAQ adds that partners may offer pre-approval in a day or two while final approval can take a week. The page also claims an approval rate of up to 98% for qualified applications, which it defines as those meeting documentation, 6 months of processing history and underwriting requirements.

Getting started and support

The steps are a short pre-application form, an internal review in which QuadraPay matches a processor, a detailed KYC application to that acquiring partner, approval with a gateway login, and integration through API, plugin or hosted page. The application is described as free of commitments and setup fees. QuadraPay offers to pre-review KYC documents and audit a site before submission, which is practical help for an operator unsure about age verification or refund wording.

Contact runs through the application form, which asks for a phone or WhatsApp number, and an info email address. The pages promise a reply within 1 business day from an account manager. The subscription billing page says an integration team guides each step and that multilingual support is offered. Chargeback alerts and mitigation are provided through acquiring partners.

Company and track record

The company dates its work to 2016 and says it serves merchants seeking processors, processing partners looking for pre-qualified leads, and referral partners. Besides the Indian operating company, the terms list a US LLC and a European company held for brand protection only, and the terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. The site claims access to more than 45 acquiring banks and lists low risk, high-risk and retail point-of-sale accounts as well as alternative payment methods. Those counts are the vendor's own.

Who it suits

As an introducer, QuadraPay suits an adult operator who wants help getting documents and a site ready before approaching processors, and who is content to receive terms from a partner. On the processing side, its integration list is broad enough for a custom platform, a cam site, a membership site on WordPress or a mobile app.

The caveats are that QuadraPay is an introduction service that handles no funds itself, that published figures are general high-risk ranges rather than adult quotes, and that the timing claims vary between pages. Its strength is the decline checklist and the API, hosted page, plugin and SDK routes, which give a new adult site a clear way to prepare.
