What NextGen Payment is

NextGen Payment describes itself as an Independent Sales Organization and Consulting Management Company that works on payment processing, fraud prevention and chargeback solutions for high-risk industries. It says it partners with payment service providers, acquirers and merchants, and the pages name the founder, Roberto Saporito, as the former Global Head of HBR & Gambling at Worldline, with over 20 years of global payment experience behind the company. For a site operator the offer is acquiring through bank partners, with gateway, risk, banking and crypto services around the account.

Adult is one of several sectors named. The home page lists Forex, Gaming, Subscriptions, Dating, Gambling, Nutraceutical and Cosmetics, and Adult, and a service block headed Adult Services, Dating and Webcams says it processes payments discreetly and securely for adult content, dating platforms and live webcam services. The FAQ puts the industry list as forex, gaming, adult entertainment, CBD, crypto, travel and e-commerce.

What it sells an operator

The home page names its core services as acquiring (listed as CC Submit), payment gateways, fraud prevention, banking with IBAN accounts and cards, crypto payments, consultancy and an AI customer support item. Each has its own page.

Acquiring is the merchant account product. The page describes a process of 4 steps: apply online and get a response within 24 hours, be matched with the acquiring banks that suit the business, get help meeting KYC and PCI-DSS requirements, then continue with dedicated account assistance. It says the aim is long-term, stable merchant accounts for industries including gaming, forex and adult entertainment, backed by stable high-risk acquiring banks, fraud and chargeback prevention, fast approvals and multi-currency support.

The gateway page presents the NextGen gateway as a platform for taking payments online, in-store and on mobile, and lists multi-currency payments, 3D Secure 2.0 and SCA support, alternative payment methods, and subscription and recurring billing, with the account applied for first, then API integration, then processing. The prevention page covers real-time fraud detection, chargeback prevention alerts, transaction risk scoring, automated refund optimization, which detects risky transactions early and issues refunds strategically to prevent unnecessary disputes, and dispute management and recovery through representment. It also lists guidance on Visa's VAMP monitoring program and dispute and fraud ratio management.

The banking page covers dedicated IBAN accounts for high-risk businesses with multi-currency support and fast transfers. The steps are to apply online and be pre-approved within 24 hours, be connected with an acquiring bank partner, and then start processing. The crypto page covers pay-ins in Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT, real-time crypto-to-fiat conversion, automated KYC and AML checks, support for converting over 20 cryptocurrencies and payouts to vendors. The page claims no chargebacks, since crypto transactions are final and irreversible.

Beyond the products, the resource hub carries articles on merchant category codes, billing descriptors, subscription billing chargebacks, chargeback representment, payment routing across several merchant IDs, monitoring programs, rolling reserves, chargeback alerts and 3D Secure 2.

Terms that decide the choice

The decisive point for an adult operator is what the pages publish about money, and the answer is very little. No fee, rate, reserve percentage, payout schedule or contract length appears. The gateway page promises competitive processing fees and the ISO page promises lower transaction costs, but neither gives a number, so pricing is by consultation. An article on adult payment alternatives lists the pros of an adult merchant account as high acceptance rates, customizable pricing and specialized risk management, and the cons as more rigorous verification and the possibility of long-term contracts. That is a statement about the category, not a NextGen contract term, and the contract length is not given.

The adult policy is likewise expressed as positioning rather than rules, and the site publishes no acceptable use policy for adult content. What the adult article offers is a shortlist of what a good adult payment solution should include: high approval rates, privacy and security for merchants and clients, KYC and AML checks and age verification, global processing, flexible methods including cards, transfers and crypto, and support tailored to restricted sectors. It describes dedicated merchant accounts, simple-to-integrate gateways and hybrid setups using crypto and eCheck as the options NextGen can design.

The terms of use are short. They say users must provide accurate and lawful information, that services should not be used for fraudulent or illegal activities, that NextGen can suspend or terminate accounts that break its policies, and that chargebacks, disputes and fraudulent activity may result in account suspension. Payments through the platform must comply with financial regulations.

On timing, the FAQ repeated across the home and service pages says the approval process takes 3 to 7 business days depending on risk levels, and the iGaming page gives the same window. The ISO page sets out why it routes merchants through an ISO at all: multi-acquirer payment solutions, faster onboarding, and support for crypto, digital wallets and buy now, pay later alongside cards. In October 2026 the home page also showed a set of vendor claims: an approval rate of 94.7%, a 99.9% uptime SLA, 1,000+ active merchant accounts, 100+ IBAN accounts opened, 20+ acquiring bank partners and a team with 40+ years of combined experience. These are the company's own figures, and the pages do not say how they are measured.

Getting started and support

The Get started page is a short multi-step form. It asks for first and last name, email, contact number, website URL and country, then which services are wanted: acquiring (new MID), gateway services, fraud and chargeback prevention tools, IBAN accounts, crypto pay-in and pay-out, Visa VAMP guidance or payments consultancy. After approval the gateway is integrated through an API, and the page says the platform connects to e-commerce platforms, CRMs, invoicing tools and accounting software. Support is described as 24/7 merchant support on the gateway page, and the footer lists WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and Telegram channels. An events page and blog sit alongside.

Company and track record

Beyond the founder profile and the headline claims above, the pages give little: no head office address, no founding year and no named client. A separate gateway and iGaming page is aimed at licensed gambling operators in Europe, so the product set serves several high-risk sectors rather than adult alone.

Who it suits

NextGen suits an operator who wants help structuring payments, not just a signed merchant agreement. The mix of acquiring, gateway, chargeback tooling, IBAN banking and crypto pay-ins covers high-risk merchant accounts, adult payment processing, and e-wallet and banking ground in a single relationship. A tube or paysite with international customers and recurring billing will find the multi-acquirer and consultancy framing relevant, and an operator who also wants a business IBAN account can request one in the same conversation.

The limits are the ones above: every commercial term comes from a consultation, and the adult offer sits inside a broader high-risk catalog rather than on a page of its own. The company's strength is breadth and a team that frames itself around high-risk payments, including a founder with a named background in the field.
