What MobiusPay is

MobiusPay Inc. is a Florida corporation with an office in St. Petersburg, Florida, and it describes itself as a payment services provider focused on high-risk and complex industries. Its pages state that MobiusPay Inc. is a registered ISO/MSP of Merrick Bank, South Jordan, Utah, and the adult page says it prepares each application and submits it to a suitable acquiring bank. The company traces its payment processing experience to 2010, and the leadership page credits its chief financial officer with being on board since that start.

Adult is a named program, with its own landing page covering both processing and the application route. The audience the page lists is broad: adult content subscription sites, dating and matchmaking services, video streaming platforms, toy retailers, education and instructional content, webcam and live entertainment, photography and art, membership sites, phone services and individual creators and platforms. Operators building with generative tools are pointed to a separate page on adult AI and NSFW AI payment processing for companion apps, generators and creator platforms.

What it sells a site operator

The main product is an adult merchant account placed with an acquiring bank, together with the MobiusPay Gateway. According to the terms page, using the gateway requires at least one gateway provider and a merchant account with MobiusPay, and the gateway also pre-authorizes transactions to limit fraud and chargebacks.

The adult page lists what an account includes: fraud screening customized to the business model, real-time chargeback prevention through direct Visa integration, billing options covering one-time charges, subscriptions and trial conversions, discreet billing descriptors, multi-currency processing, and reporting and analytics. Its checkout list covers all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, 100+ local payment methods and buy now, pay later options. The fraud list names AI-powered fraud detection, 3D Secure 2.0, advanced chargeback management and AVS and CVV verification.

Beyond cards, the services pages describe ACH and eCheck, bank transfers, QR payments, digital wallets and cryptocurrency. The crypto lines name Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT, with instant conversion and settlement options on one page and, on the alternative payments page, a caveat that crypto is for eligible merchants and subject to business type, compliance review, geography and partner availability. The company also lists payment gateway plugins for WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento and 15+ other e-commerce platforms, a developer API, 125+ shopping cart integrations, and a step-by-step guide to configuring MobiusPay with NATS through the TooMuchMedia wiki, which matters to a paysite already running that membership software. The homepage technology section claims PCI DSS Level 1 compliance with encryption and tokenization for the gateway.

Other services on the list include ACH and SEPA payments, pay-ins and pay-outs for platforms with bi-directional money flows, a recurring-billing option for Apple Pay and Google Pay, an SMS-based payment product, PCI DSS support and consulting. The homepage says payments can be taken online, in mobile apps, in person and by phone.

Terms that decide the choice

The adult policy is written as acceptance rather than restriction. The page says MobiusPay works with a diverse range of adult businesses and lists the sub-categories above without naming exclusions. It describes expertise in age verification, content laws such as 2257 and HB 805, and data security under PCI DSS, and it says the team guides applicants on requirements specific to their situation. It does not publish a content standard or an acceptable-use list.

Pricing is by quote. The page promises transparent pricing with no hidden fees and clear terms on rolling reserves and other charges, and invites a free quote built around the business. No rates, reserve percentages, holding periods or chargeback fees are published, and the table that compares generic processors with MobiusPay is silent on whether a reserve applies to adult accounts. The settlement description is limited to flexible settlement schedules and multi-currency accounts; payout minimums and timing are not stated. The merchant terms and conditions are a separate document that is linked from the terms page but not reproduced there, so the contract term and termination rights for a merchant account are not visible on the site. The website terms that govern the gateway service do set the forum: disputes go to binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, under Florida law, and MobiusPay may suspend or end access to the service with or without notice.

On disputes, the adult page lists prevention tools by name: 3D Secure, RDR through Verifi, Ethoca alerts, order insights, compelling evidence support and expert dispute management. It also describes a risk management platform integrated with Visa's Order Insight system, intended to prevent chargebacks before they happen. These are the vendor's descriptions of its tooling; the pages give no chargeback ratio targets or results.

The currency claims differ by page. In October 2026 the adult page said 120+ currencies accepted and 190+ countries supported, while the homepage said 66 currencies supported globally, so an operator selling into a specific market should ask which currencies and card types the chosen acquirer actually settles.

Getting started and support

The adult page gives two versions of onboarding, with the same shape. A prospect speaks to a sales consultant who specializes in adult merchant approvals, provides full business details including a working website, receives an initial assessment and an action plan, submits KYC and due diligence documents, and has a complete application prepared and submitted to a suitable acquiring bank. The team then supports the operator and its developers with technical integration. The page frames this as a quick online application with fast approval, though it gives no timeframe in hours or days.

In October 2026 the document list was specific: a government-issued ID for every owner with 25%+ ownership, business formation documents, 3 to 6 months of recent processing statements if available, bank statements from the past 3 months, a voided check or bank letter for the settlement account, a functioning website with a privacy policy, terms of service and clear billing terms, and a detailed description of products and the business model. The page adds that, unlike processors that demand extensive website changes before approval, MobiusPay starts by understanding the business model and then gives guidance on requirements.

Support is described as dedicated account managers and specialist teams, with the comparison table saying often 24/7 and the team page and adult page both citing 24/7 coverage. The contact form asks for a monthly processing volume range, and a toll-free line, an office line and an email address are listed on the pages.

Company background

The leadership page names five executives. Mia Hyun is founder and CEO, with more than 20 years in financial services, a past board seat at the Western States Acquirers Association and membership in the Electronic Transactions Association. The chief financial officer, Mike Lohmueller, is credited with more than 40 years in merchant acquiring, including running the merchant acquiring business at Provident Bank from 1992 to 2005 and executing the sale of that ISO merchant portfolio to Merrick Bank. The chief operating officer, Jonathan Corona, is described as advising merchants on card-association compliance standards, including BRAM guidelines and the Visa and Mastercard chargeback rules, and the chief strategy officer, Greg Anders, as holding bank and payment-provider relationships in the USA and EU. A director of ecommerce completes the list. The page claims 100+ years of combined experience. The homepage claims more than 2B transactions since 2010 and describes the company as award-winning, without naming the awards.

Who it suits

MobiusPay fits an adult operator who wants a human-led onboarding, with a merchant account, gateway and chargeback tools from one provider, and who bills across borders in several currencies or wants cards, wallets, bank debit and crypto at one checkout. The documentation list suits a site that already has a working storefront with posted billing terms. The caveats are that every commercial term arrives in a quote rather than on the site, and that the gateway terms tie its use to a MobiusPay merchant account. Its strength is the combination of an adult-specific application path, a named acquiring bank relationship and a leadership team with long acquiring experience.
