What the vendor is
Bouncer Digital is an age verification vendor that sells its checks to businesses that must keep under-age users away from restricted content or products. Its legal notice names the operator as Bouncer Digital S.L., tax number B72926405, domiciled on Calle Fernando VI in Madrid and entered in the Madrid commercial register. The site is in Spanish with an English version. Its homepage names adult content platforms first among its markets, followed by e-commerce stores with 18+ products, supermarkets selling 18+ goods online, gambling and casino platforms, vape and CBD shops, and vending machines. The adult industry page is written for adult content platforms: it promises age checks built for adult content that let adult users reach restricted material while keeping minors out, and says major adult content platforms trust the service for its smooth integration and reliability.
What it sells an operator
The product is a short check that a visitor completes before reaching restricted material. The adult industry page sets out the flow. The visitor scans a QR code with a phone, places a face in front of the camera and follows the on-screen instructions while artificial intelligence estimates the age. If the AI cannot estimate the age automatically, the visitor is asked to scan an official document, and once the steps are done the visitor receives an immediate confirmation that access has been granted. The page puts the age estimate at under 10 seconds.
Behind the face check, the adult page describes real-time biometric analysis with a liveness check, and it claims 99.5% effectiveness, performed anonymously and without regard to gender, race or skin tone. The FAQ adds anti-spoofing measures that detect attempts to pass with photos, videos or masks. For the document route, the FAQ says Bouncer reads government-issued driving licenses, passports and national identity documents from more than 180 countries and flags possible fake identification, while the homepage says it validates more than 1,800 official documents in 178 countries.
Integration is through developer tools and an API. The FAQ says these connect the check to websites, mobile apps and e-commerce sites such as Shopify, and a blog post on Shopify presents Bouncer as a specialist provider for Shopify merchants selling restricted goods. The contact page offers 2 demos, one for e-commerce and one for an adult site. The adult demo shows a mock video site whose thumbnails stay blurred until a visitor clicks a video and verifies, which is how the gate sits in front of content on a tube-style layout.
Pricing is handled through the demo and the contact form; the site prints no price list, plan ladder or setup fee, and gives no billing unit for a live integration.
The terms that decide the choice
Bouncer addresses adult sites directly: the adult page frames the product around legal compliance for adult content and lists the rules it says require age checks on adult sites, including the laws of Texas, Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Utah and Virginia, the UK Online Safety Act, the EU Digital Services Act, the draft organic law on protecting minors in digital environments in España, the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones of México and Australia's industry codes. It sets no content rules of its own for client sites. The legal notice says the site's content is informational and is not legal advice.
Privacy is the most detailed part of the offer. The adult page and the English article say the facial age estimate does not process biometric data for identification, that the system cannot uniquely identify a person and only estimates age from facial features, that images are neither stored nor shared, and that data is never sold or transferred to third parties. The adult page says Bouncer follows privacy by default and data minimization, using the technology only to confirm that a user is of age and storing no data from the process. The FAQ says identification data is encrypted for the temporary check and is not kept on any server, and that the service uses encryption, secure servers and strict data protection rules. One FAQ answer describes the face recognition as building a biometric template from features such as the distance between the eyes and the shape of the face for authentication, which sits beside the no-identification statement elsewhere.
On standards, the vendor says its technology conforms to the GDPR, to the German KJM, the Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media, and to British Standards Institution PAS 1296, the UK code of practice for age verification. It says solutions like its own are approved and in use in France, Ireland, India, Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. These are the vendor's statements; a footer line refers to certifications held by its technology partner without naming them.
Because Bouncer sells checks rather than payments, there are no reserve or payout terms. Contract length, cancellation and refunds are not set out on the site.
Getting started and support
An operator starts by booking a demo or writing through the contact form, which asks for consent to the legal notice and privacy policy and offers an opt-in for news on age verification. The FAQ sends support questions, and cases where a document will not scan, to the company's info email address, and the contact page also lists a phone number. The FAQ notes that the application needs a stable internet connection to send scanned identification and finish the checks. The footer links a documentation section for developers. Data protection rights can be exercised free of charge by email or by post at the Madrid address.
Company and track record
Bouncer Digital S.L. is a Madrid company, and its chief executive, Jorge Bardón, is quoted in the English article on the case for stricter age rules for adult content, alcohol, tobacco and gambling, saying solutions like Bouncer's have let companies in those sectors anticipate regulation. The same article cites the XBIZ Show as a source of industry insight. The homepage calls Bouncer the most used and best rated age verification technology among users, resting the claim on a study of 1,000 users in which it says 92% preferred Bouncer to longer-established solutions. Testimonials on the homepage come from journalists, a psychiatrist, an anti-trafficking non-profit network, a wine retailer, a politician, a gambling rehabilitation federation and the chief executive of Web Adultos, an adult sector business that says it chose Bouncer. The blog covers age verification news, from Australia's rules for adult sites to vending.
Who it suits
Bouncer Digital is filed under age verification. For an adult tube, paysite or cam site it offers a phone-based face check with a document fallback, an adult demo that shows the gate in front of a video grid, and a privacy statement that rules out storing images or identifying users. A shop selling adult products on Shopify has a documented integration route, and an operator with a Spanish-speaking team gets a vendor that works natively in Spanish.
It suits less well an operator that wants published prices or contract terms before a first call, or exact country coverage, since the site's document coverage figures differ between pages. Its strength is speed with privacy: a check the vendor puts under 10 seconds that confirms age without keeping the visitor's face or documents.
