What NetDebit is
NetDebit, run by NetDebit GmbH, calls itself the leading online payment system for the adult entertainment sector. It bills end customers on behalf of adult portals and pays the portal operator between the 15th and 20th of the following month. The partner page addresses operators of a fetish forum, live chat or video platform, and promises financial management for an erotic portal and "a continuous payment". The company says its billing system has around 500 partner portals and more than 1 million registered customers, with widespread market acceptance in the German-speaking area, and that it offers credit card billing in 176 countries, "anonymously and always fail-safe" for the customer.
The pages are written for a German market. The terms are under German law, with the Düren local court and the Aachen district court named for disputes, and the site offers a German version. The customer terms state that the contract is concluded in German.
What it sells an operator
The partner page lists the advantages for an adult portal: payout between the 15th and 20th of the following month, real-time statistics of all sales, cancellations and credit memos, a free subscription facility with individually adjustable periods from 30 days including trial subscriptions, customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, receivable management, customized payment gateways, and a list of webmaster partner programs.
Payment methods named for the portal are direct debit, credit card, direct online banking and telepay. The customer terms add SEPA direct debit, immediate bank transfer, telepay for broadband users and payment on account. Customers deal with NetDebit, not the portal, so the home page says they stay anonymous to the service provider and that NetDebit stores personal data only for accounting.
Protection features are laid out in a short list. A payment firewall applies the operator's own fraud rules. ACDC protection obtains the customer's confirmation for debt collection measures when a payment is canceled, and CCF protection targets credit card fraud. An address check validates postal addresses online. NetDebit also compares data with its internal black list, lists an "opposition" function for the customer's appeal process, and hands unpaid payments to an external partner for recovery. Phone, email and chat support covers individual adjustments, and external services can be added for custom customer handling.
Integration is by interface. The standard gateways include a script that protects the member area, offered in PHP as PHPProof and in Perl as PERLProof, with htaccess protection added through an HTML code snippet. An individual gateway is a custom interface for the operator's own scripts, with a test system before going live, and a download-area script called PHPGetFile handles chargeable downloads. Booking data travels by HTTP post. No plug-in is needed, since the payment system can be installed independently of the content management system, and NetDebit says it will help develop a special plug-in on request.
Pricing structure
The pricing is a percentage of each payment with no registration fee, no monthly base fee and no further transaction fees. In October 2026 the conditions table lists no installation fee and no monthly base fee. Standard payments cost 15 % for direct debit and for credit card, and 12 % for direct online banking. Direct debit carries a cancellation fee of 7 € and credit card a third-party bank fee of 3,5 % and a cancellation fee of 35 €. Micropayments, defined as bookings below 4.95 EUR, cost 25 % on direct debit, credit card and online banking alike. All listed prices include value added tax.
A second option, called cancellation-free billing, is offered once an account has run for 3 months. The page lists two levels of payment fee increase, one for accounts whose cancellation rate over the last 3 months is below a stated threshold and a higher one above it. A downloadable tariff sheet and a phone line for rate questions are offered. The pages do not mention a reserve or a minimum payout for portals.
Terms that decide the choice
Adult policy. NetDebit is built for the sector and the pages describe no approval step for portals, but they do not set out what content a portal may or may not carry. The customer terms forbid using the service for illegal content, spam, hacking, money laundering or terrorism financing, and they allow contracts only with customers over 18 or with a legal representative's written consent. The terms also say each portal is responsible for its own content and for any required youth protection measures.
Payout and reversals. The costs page repeats that the portal's monthly payment is guaranteed in that mid-month window and bills each transaction once, with no separate transaction charge. Reversals carry their own fees: the table lists a cancellation fee for direct debit and for credit card, and the cancellation-free option exists to trade those fees for a higher percentage. The partner page says protection from non-payment combines the black list with an offer of cancellations free of charge.
The portal's own contract. Portals sign separate partner terms, listed beside the customer and webmaster terms, and the notice period of a portal contract is not published. As of October 2026 the customer terms, which govern the portal's paying members, limit NetDebit's service promise to 95% of each calendar month and let NetDebit raise a member's price by up to 8% on at least 6 weeks' notice, with a one-month right to object. Members who leave access data open to others, or stay in arrears for 2 consecutive months, can be cut off.
The webmaster program
Alongside the portal side, NetDebit runs a program for webmasters who advertise its partner portals. As read in October 2026, the webmaster page says rates of up to 70% are possible for webmasters and lists the same payout window of the 15th to 20th of the following month. Payment goes straight to a bank account in Germany and the EU, and by check elsewhere; the terms hold back a month's bank transfer under EUR10.00 and a check under EUR50.00, carrying the amount forward in the webmaster's account. Its terms say the agreed rates can change on 1 month's notice, and a contract runs for an indefinite period with notice of 1 month in the first year, rising to 6 months after 5 years. The same terms require German-based webmasters whose sites carry pornographic content to run a youth protection system. That side is for publishers rather than portal owners.
Getting started and support
A portal operator opens a partner account through the partner page, then picks a gateway and receives instructions in the webmaster account. The pages say standard integration needs no technical detail beyond step-by-step instructions, and that NetDebit's webmaster service can set up the custom gateway on request. Customer support, webmaster support, marketing and accounting each have their own phone, fax and email lines, with service hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and the secretary's office is reachable around the clock. Remote support is available through Teamviewer.
Company and track record
The pages name NetDebit GmbH as the company behind the service. They give no founding year, headcount or named clients beyond the around 500 partner portals and more than 1 million customers the company claims. The webmaster terms show a last amendment of 26/01/2017 and the customer terms of March 2021.
Who it suits
NetDebit covers adult payment processing in one product, built around direct debit and online banking, which suits a German-language paysite, live chat or video portal whose members prefer these methods. Its strengths are the sector focus, the straightforward percentage with no set-up or monthly fee, and the dated payout window. The caveats: as read in October 2026, micropayments cost 25 %, reserve and minimum payout rules for portals are not public, and the cross-border appeal is limited by the German focus. For a portal selling to that audience, the combination of subscription tooling, anonymity for customers and fraud rules is the draw.
