What Corepay is

Corepay is a payment processor and gateway operator with offices in Winter Park, Florida and London, and a registered ISO/MSP of North American Banking Company in Roseville, Minnesota. It sells merchant accounts, a proprietary payment gateway, acquiring, orchestration, antifraud, chargeback representment and subscription management to high-risk and specialty merchants, and its adult page is headed as an adult payment processor for creator content merchant accounts with in-house processing. The page says Corepay operates its own gateway and keeps dedicated banking relationships for this vertical. It serves live cam sites, adult dating platforms, adult toy and novelty stores, lingerie retailers and creator content platforms, and says most processors and banks refuse creator content merchants outright. Its closing line is that any legal adult business, from dating and adult film to toys and live cam services, is one it expects to process.

What it sells an operator

The core product is the in-house gateway, which the about page names NetValve. The adult page says it supports all major card brands, subscription billing and content platform integrations without a third-party middleman, and that it includes age verification, subscription billing and advanced fraud controls. Fraud monitoring scores each transaction in real time, and a chargeback alert system uses Ethoca and Verifi integrations to notify the merchant of disputes before they become chargebacks. The page adds that Corepay has direct integrations with its acquiring partners, which lets a merchant act on the TC40 and SAFE fraud data the card networks send to acquirers. Payment orchestration routes volume across several banks to raise approval rates and spread exposure across acquiring relationships. The adult offer list adds Order Insight by Verifi, 3-D Secure 2.1, BIN checking fraud screens and approval ratio optimization based on the target customer base.

Around the gateway sit the tools a subscription site uses: subscription management with retry logic and dunning, a customer vault for stored credentials, network tokens, chargeback representment and pre-dispute alerts. The pricing page says every account comes with the full platform, including fraud screening with velocity checks, analytics on volume, approvals, chargebacks and settlements, Ethoca, Verifi and RDR alerts, and compliance monitoring across PCI, KYC and card brand programs. A sister brand, Dispu, provides card-brand-agnostic dispute monitoring.

A second track covers online stores. The Shopify page says the gateway integrates as a Shopify third-party payment provider so an adult product store keeps its native checkout, that Corepay underwrites adult toys, intimate wellness and adult novelty brands that Shopify Payments declines, and that billing descriptors can be customized to cut unrecognized-charge disputes. It lists 135+ currencies and a named account manager available around the clock.

Other products matter to a larger operation. A payouts platform disburses funds to vendors and partners by Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, ACH or wire, with KYC and KYB checks, sanctions screening and reporting; the pages present it for businesses in general rather than as an adult product. An ACH service offers bank-to-bank billing, and merchant accounts come as standard, specialty and MOTO types, with age-verified content named among the industries approved for specialty accounts. Acquiring is described as direct in the US, EU, UK and Australia: US processing with next-day funding, PSD2 and SCA compliant processing with multi-currency settlement across the EU, FCA-regulated processing with GBP settlement in the UK, and AUD settlement in Australia, across 30+ countries in all.

The terms that decide the choice

The pricing page sets out its models: flat-rate pricing with one blended rate for lower-volume merchants, Interchange++ with interchange passed through at cost plus a fixed markup, and custom pricing negotiated to volume, industry and processing history. It promises no setup fees, no monthly minimums and no surprise charges, and the adult offer list says application, setup and annual fees are waived. No actual rate is published, so a quote is needed; the footer offers a rate quote generator, a reserve estimator and a savings calculator as free tools.

In October 2026 the adult page states that Visa and Mastercard each require $950 for high-risk registration, paid before going live and then annually, and that this was increased from $500 after the Visa Integrity Risk Program update on April 1. It explains that authorization fees apply even when a transaction is declined, and recommends keeping settlement fees separate from authorization fees because declines are more frequent in this vertical. On contracts, the page observes that 3-year terms with early termination fees are common in the space; Corepay says its agreements are structured fairly and that any termination fees serve only to prevent losses from fraudulent merchants.

The adult page also sets out what acquiring banks tend to look for. It describes the record-keeping requirement under 18 U.S.C. 2257 for producers of explicit visual depictions and says some banks ask for a content monitoring policy before approval, including 24/7 monitoring through AI and human review, records for live cam or streaming performers with valid photo ID and a matching selfie to confirm they are 18 or older, and confirmation of ownership of displayed content. That is the page's account of bank expectations, not a list of documents Corepay itself demands. For an international account, a local EU merchant account for a US adult store is offered on condition of full compliance with the card schemes' local physical presence rules.

The merchant account page notes that specialty accounts need more thorough underwriting and may include reserve requirements, without giving a reserve size or term. Chargeback fees, payout minimums and the contract length of a Corepay account are not published, and no acceptable use policy or DMCA procedure for merchants is among the documents on the site.

Getting started and support

Applying is free, and the banner promises same-day decisions, no application fee and a dedicated account manager. The adult page lays out the steps: an application with business details, content category, platform URL and processing volume; an underwriting review of the site, compliance documentation and business model by creator content specialists, with most decisions within 24 hours; gateway configuration with age verification, billing cycles and fraud rules; and going live with a dedicated 24/7 support line. The Shopify page says most adult store merchants hear back within 24 to 72 hours of a complete application, and the merchant account page puts the start of processing at 1 to 2 business days after approval, with specialty accounts adding compliance steps. Once approved, the account manager handles gateway setup and walks the merchant through the pricing structure. Contact is by phone to the Florida office or a toll-free line, by email or by form, and the contact page says the team typically answers within 1 business day.

Company and track record

Corepay names no founding year and no management team on its pages. The adult page claims over 2 decades of adult industry experience and lists a 24-hour average approval time and 99.9% gateway uptime as its own figures, while the about page speaks of 9 years of merchant services as a full-service PSP. A partner program pays partners who bring in merchants a lifetime revenue share, and the vendor says it will board hard-to-place merchants for them. Industry pages cover gaming, medical, pharmacy and telemedicine as well as adult, so adult is one vertical among several, not the whole company.

Who it suits

For adult payment processing, Corepay fits a creator content platform, cam site, dating service or paysite that wants a gateway with age verification built in, dispute alerts and routing across banks, and a pricing choice between flat and interchange-plus. For high-risk merchant accounts, it also covers adult product stores on Shopify and multinational shops that want a local EU account, subject to the physical presence rules. The caveat is that rates and reserve terms arrive only with a quote. Its strength is that it states plainly what the card brands charge, how its pricing models work and what a bank will ask for, which gives an operator a clear list of questions before applying.
