What AllSecure is

AllSecure is a payment service provider that says it was established in 2001. It runs a PCI DSS Level 1 payment gateway that processes in multiple markets and currencies from a single platform, and it sells that gateway, a payment orchestration layer and risk prevention tools to online merchants. Adult operators are served through a dedicated industry page headed as a partner in adult entertainment payment solutions. The pages name the company behind the platform as ALLSECURE GLOBAL DOO, with an address in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The audience is a site operator that already has, or can obtain, a merchant account and wants a European gateway to route card and local payments through: a membership site, a pay-per-view store or a network with several billing relationships.

What it sells an operator

The adult page lists these strengths in the vendor's words: stored payment information so a returning customer can buy more adult content without re-entering card details; a quick gateway integration; flexible customization through a range of APIs; PCI standards for the gateway network; acceptance of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express; and reach to international customers. The home page adds recurring payments, credentials on file, webhook notifications, shopping cart modules, a mobile payment SDK and multi-currency card processing in over 190 currencies.

Checkout can be built in several ways. A hosted payment page is run on the vendor's servers, can be personalized to the brand and accepted payment methods, and comes with free multilingual options. Hosted payment fields are embedded in the operator's own page so that only the PCI-relevant fields sit with the vendor, which lowers the merchant's validation burden. iOS and Android SDKs support native in-app checkout, and a direct payment API is for operators with their own PCI-certified environment. The developer section describes the Exchange Platform with hosted fields, a card vault for tokenizing stored data, plugins and SDKs, and the Open Payment Platform built as one RESTful API, with an embedded JavaScript widget the page calls SAQ-A and a server-to-server API for capture, void and refund.

Orchestration is the paid product with a published price list. As of October 2026 the Starter plan reads €299.00 a month for 1 merchant, 1 user and 2 connectors, with unlimited transactions at €0.12 per GTX, STX or 3DS, a card vault at €0.025 a month per token and risk checks at €0.02 each. The Professional plan reads $499.00 a month, with the dollar sign as printed on the page, for 3 merchants, 3 users and 3 connectors, at €0.10 per transaction and €0.30 per card update. The Enterprise plan is custom and priced individually. All plans include card vaulting, smart routing, monitoring, risk management and fee management, and each tier lists an SLA, a payment scheduler, data import and export, a MoTo terminal and pay by link. The routing engine retries a declined or failed payment with the same or a backup PSP, and the home page lists a 99.9% service level.

The terms that decide the choice

The most important line is on the orchestration page: AllSecure is a purely technical platform and does not provide a merchant account. The merchant support page repeats the point in its FAQ, saying a merchant using the gateway needs an Internet Merchant Account and that AllSecure can forward an application to one of its partner acquiring banks. The adult page describes the company as having partnered with leading high-risk payment providers. The home page adds that, when it arranges a merchant account, it draws on relationships with card processing banks to match the acquirer to the business, names acquiring partners in the EU, the Western Balkans and the United States, and mentions dedicated MIDs from local partners in selected markets. An operator that already holds an account can connect it, and one that does not can be passed to a partner acquiring bank, though the fees, reserves and underwriting terms of those banks are not published.

The adult page is also the only place where the content position is stated, and it is framed as a duty on the merchant. Merchants selling adult products and services must adhere to the relevant regulations in their jurisdiction, including age verification requirements and content restrictions, and the page warns that failing to do so can lead to fines, legal action and reputational damage. No acceptable use policy for adult content is published, and neither a list of prohibited content nor an approval step is described. DMCA and abuse handling are not mentioned either.

Risk prevention is documented in detail. Internal rules cover blocklists and allowlists, geo IP location, velocity checks, minimum and maximum amounts and device fingerprinting. External options include 3D Secure 2.0 and 1.0, plus connectors for third-party fraud tools the page names as Kount, Noto, FraudNet, Forter, ReD, Ethoca, ThreatMetrix and MaxMind. The adult page recommends AVS, CVV checks, identity verification and clear refund policies to keep chargebacks down. It publishes no chargeback fee, no reserve and no payout schedule or minimum. The support FAQ says no money is held in a merchant account and that funds are settled via the acquiring bank into the merchant's chosen bank account.

Getting started and support

Onboarding starts with a quote form. It asks for contact details, company name, country, website, industry (Adult and Dating is one of the choices), estimated monthly sales in euros and the percent of EU transactions. After that, the merchant support page says a dedicated helpdesk staff supports the first integration and any later changes, that test accounts are provided for building and testing, and that example code is available in several languages. Technical support specialists configure the merchant gateway, risk management and the payment methods the merchant needs. Merchants can reach support by chat, an online ticket, the knowledge base or a phone call, with separate developer, operational and merchant support teams, and the contact page lists a Ljubljana phone line and separate sales, billing and support mailboxes. The Starter and Professional plans list basic email support and the Enterprise plan full email support; support hours are not stated.

Accepted cards on the support page are Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro and American Express, with iDEAL, Klarna and Sofort named as examples of alternative methods. The coverage page groups connections by region, from the European Union and the United Kingdom to North America, Latin America, Asia and Africa, which matters for an operator with an international audience.

Company and track record

AllSecure states that it was established in 2001 and became a global payment service provider. The partners page describes a network of strategic platform providers, system integrators and service providers, and claims 25+ partner acquirers, 300+ integrated payment providers and 10M+ transactions a year; those are the vendor's own claims. The pages name no clients. The about page says the company moved fully into developing its own payment processing technology after almost 20 years in business and has operated with its partners in South East Europe and the EU for many years. A partner program is aimed at web agencies, SaaS platforms and payment providers, and a developer section carries the API documentation.

Who it suits

For adult payment processing, AllSecure is a gateway and orchestration vendor rather than an acquirer: it fits a paysite, membership site or network that wants one integration reaching several acquirers, with stored credentials for repeat purchases and 3D Secure. For high-risk merchant accounts, it plays the connector role, passing applications to partner banks while the account itself comes from them. The limits are clear: the plan prices cover the platform, not the acquiring, and a first-time adult site without an account still has to clear a partner bank's own review. Its strength is the clear plan ladder and the breadth of the integration options, which let a technical team connect checkout, risk rules and routing in one place.
