What the vendor is

EuroDNS S.A. is a domain registrar headquartered in Luxembourg and part of the Namespace group. The about page says the company has managed domain registrations since 2002 and, as an ICANN-accredited registrar, registers names directly with the world's registries. Beyond domains, the range covers Plesk shared web hosting, managed WordPress hosting, a website builder, email and collaboration suites, SSL certificates, DNS services, a web security suite and Microsoft 365. For an adult site operator the product of interest is the .ADULT registration and its sister extensions, together with the DNS, privacy and hosting that sit under them.

What it sells an operator

The .ADULT page calls the extension "an obvious choice for the adult entertainment industry". It adds that the word could cover other interests, such as age-restricted communities, gaming and products restricted to adults, and that parents who want to protect their children online will be able to identify the adult-only space easily.

In October 2026 the .ADULT page lists an annual fee of €175.00, with the renewal fee and the transfer fee (which includes a 1-year extension) listed at the same amount. The update and trade fees are listed as free, and a reactivation has no fee of its own beyond the renewal fee. The same page lists .PORN and .SEX at €175.00 a year and .XXX at €150.00 a year as related extensions.

The name rules on the .ADULT page are a minimum of 2 characters and a maximum of 63. All-numeric names are allowed, hyphens are allowed only in the middle of a name, and internationalized names are not allowed. The minimum subscription and renewal period are each 1 year, renewals run in 1-year steps, and a name can be renewed at any time. Domain privacy is allowed and DNSSEC is supported. The page links the registry's dispute, registry and data privacy policies for the extension.

Each domain registration comes with 3 essentials at no charge: an SSL certificate, Anycast DNS and branded email, each shown with a normal price and marked free with each domain name. Domain privacy is sold apart from that set; the Whois page says it keeps the registrant's details out of public Whois databases by swapping in placeholders. The DNS menu also lists Premium Anycast DNS, a dynamic DNS app and an HTTPS redirect, and the business menu lists domain blocking and Trademark Clearinghouse services.

The hosting side is Plesk shared hosting in plans named Starter, Growth and Business Pro. In October 2026 the hosting page lists the Starter plan from €2.39 a month on yearly billing, renewing at €67.10 a year, with 1 website, 20 GB NVMe storage, 1 MySQL database and daily backups. Growth and Business Pro allow unlimited websites and databases, with 100 GB and 200 GB of NVMe storage, and add a one-click staging environment. The page lists Git, SSH and advanced PHP controls among its developer tools. Each plan lists unlimited bandwidth, and the FAQ says bandwidth is unmetered for normal website use, with no artificial traffic caps and fair-use tuning. The hosting page does not say where the servers are located.

The terms that decide the choice

The .ADULT page has one line under its conditions: "There are no registration restrictions." It sets no age requirement, adult content policy or approval step for sites that run on the name, and the hosting pages do not mention adult content at all, so the published adult framing covers the name rather than the Plesk hosting.

The terms index lists general terms and financial information, specific terms for the domain name service, Whois protection, web hosting, SSL and the Trademark Clearinghouse service, and a service level agreement for the professional DNS service. It also links the ICANN policies a registrant relies on, among them the registrant rights and responsibilities, the uniform domain-name dispute-resolution policy, the transfer dispute policy, the expired registration recovery policy and the uniform rapid suspension system.

The Whois page says an ownership change can need extra documents: some registries ask for ID copies or business certificates before they approve an update. Changes show in the Whois database within a few hours, though some registries take longer. The trade fee on the .ADULT page is free.

The Plesk hosting page offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. The pages give no refund term for a domain registration.

The complaints process is the most detailed procedure the company publishes. The report page says any interested party can report illicit use of the company's services through a web form or the legal department's phone line, and that each report gets an automated acknowledgment with a tracking number and email updates on any action. The company says it suspends services on its own initiative only where a blatantly illicit use is made, citing fraud, child sexual abuse material and incitement to racial hatred under the Luxembourg penal code, and that other disputes must be settled between the reporter and the customer. Customer claims are acknowledged within 3 working days and reviewed within 10 working days; a customer unhappy with the result can write by registered post to the complaints address in Leudelange, where senior staff review it. Law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction in Luxembourg can get a dedicated line for urgent requests outside business hours, and the page links ICANN's route for a complaint against the registrar. It does not mention the DMCA or a takedown notice format.

Getting started and support

The registration flow starts with a domain search, a bulk search, a transfer option and an AI name suggestion tool. The transfer page presents moving names to the company as a way to manage them under one roof.

Hosting is run from the Plesk control panel, which the page describes as covering domains, files, databases, email, security settings and backups in one dashboard. The hosting FAQ says an existing website can be migrated with guidance from the support team. The SiteJet website builder is listed as included with all hosting plans, and the page says WordPress and popular CMS platforms are supported.

Support is listed as reachable by phone, chat and email, in multiple languages, and the home page says the team answers questions in (almost) any language. The about page says the company does not outsource customer relationships to call centers and offers a dedicated account manager for each customer. Support hours are not stated.

Company and track record

The company's pages name EuroDNS S.A., headquartered in Luxembourg, with a complaints address in Leudelange, and describe it as part of the Namespace group. The about page says it has built relationships with hundreds of registries, includes a free Alpha SSL certificate with every domain name, takes part in the International Trademark Association and regularly attends ICANN meetings. The partners page names Open-Xchange as the email suite included with every domain, and it names eBrand, a Namespace group partner, as an accredited Trademark Clearinghouse agent. The company also runs an affiliate program for people who refer customers; as of October 2026 its page offers up to 40% commission per new customer referred.

Who it suits

For an adult site owner who wants a .ADULT, .PORN, .XXX or .SEX name with DNS, privacy and SSL in the same account, the offer is clear: no stated registration restriction, a 1-year renewal term, free extras with each registration and a published complaints process with time limits. A network that holds names across several extensions can keep them in one account and lean on the dedicated account manager.

It fits less well for an operator who needs written adult content terms for hosting, a DMCA procedure, stated support hours or a known server location. The .ADULT and .PORN names sit at the upper end of the price list on the same page, which matters for an operator registering many names.

The strength is the combination of a single registrar, registry rules stated plainly, and a complaints process with response times and an escalation path an operator can hold the company to.
