What the vendor is

XcamsPower is the partner program behind the Xcams and WebcamSex live cam sites, and its terms name the contracting company as DNX Network Sarl, under Luxembourg law with Luxembourg courts. For a site operator, the product is a cam site built on the vendor's platform and branded as the operator's own: the white-label page calls it "a rebranded version of our live webcam product, labeled as your own, tailored to monetize your traffic sources." The home page claims more than 15 years in the cams field, and the sites page describes Xcams as a European cam site with more than 60,000 registered models and over 400 online at any time, and WebcamSex as a site built for the Dutch market; both are the vendor's own figures. XcamsPower also pays people who simply send traffic to the two brands, a promoter side outside the scope of a site owner's build.

What the vendor sells a site operator

The White Label editor is the entry product. The white-label page lists control over shapes, borders, colors, links and texts, a choice of niches, hash, meta and general tag changes with category management, responsive mobile and tablet versions, a switch for free chat and for showing the cam instead of the gallery on hover, a favorites selection, a language selector with up to 14 languages, the operator's logo on every conversion step (home page, free chat page, payment page, mobile site and email CRM), and a custom banner slot where the operator sells its own ad space. Domain-based tracking credits every sale on the operator's domain, and the FAQ says the editor builds a cam site "in just a few minutes" without a programmer.

The Full Label is the deeper product, offered only to partners "who have the resources and know-how to build their own sites" and want content or stronger SEO tools. It is also a rebranded version of the live webcam product, built on several APIs that deliver cams or let a partner develop its own tailored cam site, with full freedom over design and database-level tracking that credits sales at the domain level.

For an operator that keeps its own site, the promo tools page lists text links to specific cam pages, webcam galleries whose number of models per row adjusts to screen size, a responsive model highlight banner for a chosen model's stream, live feed and iframe banners with rotating live models, pop-unders with live feeds or niche landing pages, a screen-out pop-in shown when the cursor leaves the page, banner rotation that favors the sets converting at that moment, and the API. The highlight, live feed and iframe banners work on the vendor's brands and on white-label sites alike.

The terms that decide the choice

In October 2026 the payout page pays the white label 27% "on all revenue generated by your users for life", with all sales credited to the white-label site except those made by members referred through the per-client program. A per-client option for white labels pays by 3 zones, from "$230 (200€)" per new client for France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland down to $115 (100€) for the rest of the world, provided each client buys at least 30€ excluding VAT; for this option the white-label domain name must belong to XcamsPower. A German promotion pays a higher flat lifetime share on new German clients whether the operator promotes a brand or a white label. The FAQ says revenue share applies to the pack value without VAT, sales show in the statistics 5 minutes after purchase, and a higher volume in a 15-day period earns a higher percentage on that tier only.

A first white label carries a bonus. The white-label page says XcamsPower doubles the revshare percentage for 30 days on a first white label, and the FAQ adds that the operator must enroll through its affiliate rep and reach a set earnings level within 2 payment periods of sign-up to qualify, with other programs and custom payouts excluded.

Payment runs twice a month, as stated in October 2026: activity from the first 15 days is paid on the 20th, and from the rest of the month on the 5th of the next month. The FAQ sets the minimum at $100 per 15-day period, with smaller balances rolled forward, and the terms state the same threshold in euros. Payment is in EUR or USD, and the payout page adds Bitcoin and USDC. The account currency cannot be changed later. The partner triggers each payment in its affiliate space and receives a self-invoice. On VAT, the FAQ says Luxembourg companies are charged VAT, other European companies fall under the reverse charge, and companies outside Europe are exempt.

The terms set the content rules for the partner's sites. The website, partner content and ad placements must break no law and may not carry obscene content that violates public order or human dignity, anything depicting or suggesting minors, discrimination, defamatory, hateful or threatening content, infringements of trademarks, copyright or image rights, or spam. Campaigns the partner designs itself need the company's approval before use, and the terms list prohibited zones, among them Saudi Arabia, Iran, Japan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, where campaigns may not run. The terms also say the company does not monitor or supervise the partner's website. Every page carries an 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement that all models are at least 18 years old. The terms set no takedown procedure.

Contract terms matter too. Either party may end the contract with prior notice, or after a formal notice of 8 clear days, and after termination remuneration is paid only after 120 days. The remuneration terms change on average every 3 months and apply to running campaigns, so the partner is expected to check them. Statistics disputes must be raised within 1 month. Liability is capped at the amounts paid in the 12 months before the event. Typo domains and trademark registrations built on the brands are banned, as is bidding on them as keywords, and the terms carry a 1-year confidentiality duty and a 2-year bar on hiring staff.

Getting started and support

Sign-up asks for an email address, a password and a captcha, then sends a confirmation link. The white-label page tells operators to contact their account rep for help creating a white label, and every page carries a contact form with categories for administrative and billing questions, commercial questions and bugs, and a normal or urgent priority, promising that an account manager will reply. The tracking field lets an operator pass any value, such as a keyword or ID, in the link so each sale shows it in the statistics. The program site runs in English, French, Dutch and German.

Company and track record

DNX Network Sarl is the contracting company named in the terms, version 3.00 dated 15 July 2024, which list the brands Xcams, WebcamSex, Cambabes, Camcandy and Evelive. The home page cites continuous A/B testing, a growing model base and detailed statistics reports, and the sites page says Xcams has been present in Europe for more than a decade. The footer carries a 2026 copyright line.

Who it suits

For cam scripts and white labels, XcamsPower suits an operator with European or Benelux traffic that wants a branded cam site with real customization through the editor, or an API-based Full Label for a fully custom build, paid by a lifetime revenue share credited by domain. Operators with German traffic gain the flat German rate on white-label sales.

It fits less well an operator that must keep its own domain on the per-client option, since that option needs a domain owned by XcamsPower, or one that wants payment terms frozen, given the quarterly changes. The strength is the white label itself: deep editor control, a Full Label path, real-time statistics and a 27% lifetime share on the terms read in October 2026.
