What the vendor is

XloveCash, also branded ACWM (Adult Cams Webmasters), is the webmaster program of the Xlovecam live cam platform and its gay counterpart Xlovegay. The terms name the contracting company as ACWebconnecting NV, a company under the laws of Curaçao with an address on Perseusweg in Willemstad, part of what the pages call the AC Group. For a site operator the program offers three things: the XCLONE white label, which puts a branded Xlovecam cam site on the operator's own domain; a set of cam-site building tools, including a templated live cams site application and a list builder that can run on the operator's server; and embeddable cam tools for an existing adult site. Every route is paid by a lifetime share of what referred customers spend. The contact page says the program has been live for more than 10 years, and the footer copyright runs from 2007 to 2026.

What the vendor sells a site operator

The XCLONE White Label is the product for an operator who wants its own cam site. The home page says it lets an operator "customize your own cam site on your domain" and build brand recognition with repeat customer purchases there, and that the operator's customers keep earning it revenue share on whatever domain in the network they later buy from. The promo tools page offers it to current affiliates who generate sufficient sales or to "a successful webmaster with quality traffic", describes it as "a fully developed webcam product" under branding the operator's customers recognize, and says the setup is requested through the affiliate support team's contact form, with a demo to view first.

For an operator who wants to build its own cam pages, the terms details page lists a Templated Site (WLC, Whois Live Cams), a PHP, XML and MySQL application for building unlimited free live cam websites that it calls SEO friendly, template driven and fully customizable, and a Live Cams Builder (LCB), a PHP and XML generator for customizable lists of online models that runs from the affiliate account or on the operator's own server. XML feeds of online models refresh every 2 minutes and carry pictures, model data and the current mode, free chat or private; RSS feeds come as text only or with images, in English or French, for WordPress and other CMS blogs; and a registration API lets visitors open an Xlovecam account on the operator's own pages with only username, password and email.

The embeddable tools cover most cam-block formats: customizable online model iframes with three thumbnail sizes and set rows and columns, a live chat tool in over thirty sizes with full-screen video, a slide-up pop-up that can carry a live cam, banners in many sizes and languages, premade HTML pages for a landing page or a parked domain, a text link generator that can target models by attribute, and recorded videos picked by moderators, where VIP videos play for 1 minute before an overlay invites the visitor to register. Every tool comes in at least English and French and accepts a tracking code, and mobile visitors are redirected automatically to the mobile platform without a special link.

The terms that decide the choice

The money is revenue share only; the FAQ says the program offers no pay-per-sale option. As of October 2026 the home page pays 35% lifetime rev-share for all countries except France, Belgium and Switzerland, where the rate is 30% lifetime, and the terms define it as a share of the credits a referred user loads, with location set by the vendor's GeoIP database. Referring another webmaster earns 10% of that webmaster's payout for the life of the agreement. Commissions are paid in euros.

Payouts are invoiced by the partner. The terms, as read in October 2026, say the partner can trigger an auto invoice from its account at any time once at least 100 euros are due, so there are no set payment periods, and the home page says payments are sent every Monday. The FAQ lists bank wire, Paxum, Monese, Yoursafe, Revolut and Webmoney, the home page adds ePayments, and the FAQ says wire transfers carry no fee, while asking partners not to invoice daily because each transfer can cost the company up to 35 euros. Changing payment details needs a photo of the partner holding photo ID. A payout must be invoiced within 2 years of being booked, and justified chargebacks and refunds on a referred user's purchases are deducted from the next payout.

The content rules are set out in the terms and the referral rules. The program may not be used on any site with illegal activities, including material involving minors, pirated software, bestiality, violence, or content made without the consent of the people shown, nor on sites that infringe intellectual property, and sending traffic through adware or spyware is banned; a breach ends the account and, under the terms details page, forfeits the partner's funds. Spam is not tolerated, and email is allowed only to opt-in lists. Partners may build custom promotion from bio pages and free chat content but not from models' private shows, may not present copies of the vendor's sites as official, and may not use the Xlove, XXXLove, Xlovecam or Xlovegay names in a domain. The FAQ says free chat is restricted for some high-risk countries and other countries are redirected, with a list available on request. An 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance statement is linked from each page of the program site.

On age verification, a home page notice dated 2 December 2025 says Italian law requires adult platforms to use certified age verification from November 12, and that XloveCash supports a free solution from Go.cam for its affiliates, which it says is certified in Germany and the UK. The compliance page names the compliance officer as the point of contact for EU Digital Services Act communications, which must be in English.

The agreement can change on notice, effective 48 hours after posting. Either side may end it with 1 month's notice, it ends automatically after 2 years without a login, and the company may end it every twelve months if a partner's volume is too low, paying out the balance in that case. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the month before the damage, the company accepts no liability for server downtime, and Curaçao law governs.

Getting started and support

Sign-up is free for companies and individuals. The FAQ says every new webmaster account is reviewed by hand and approved within 24 hours, after which the login and password arrive by email, and only one account per person or company is allowed, with the trac parameter used to separate sites. The contact page lists account managers reachable by Telegram, Teams and the affiliate support email, and says the program offers 24/7 webmaster support every day of the year. The FAQ adds that the team helps with traffic, design, SEO and scripts where it can, points general webmaster questions to the XloveCash forum, and names a staff member for custom graphic work. Tutorials, monthly newsletters and a news feed round out the support.

Company and track record

ACWebconnecting NV is the contracting company, and the compliance page sets out AC Group anti-money-laundering and KYC policies, dated 19 April 2021, for the studios and performers who sell on the platform. The contact page claims over 100,000 registered models with an average of 500 online. The home page news reports awards in 2026: Most Innovative Platform at the Bucharest Summit in June, and an affiliate program award at Lalexpo in Colombia in May. These are the company's own announcements.

Who it suits

For cam scripts and white labels, XloveCash suits an operator who wants a branded cam site on its own domain through XCLONE, or who would rather build cam pages itself with the WLC templated site, the LCB list builder, XML feeds and the registration API, all tied to a European cam platform. It fits an operator with European traffic that values a lifetime revenue share in euros and invoices on its own schedule.

It suits less well an operator new to the program, since XCLONE is offered to partners with sufficient sales or quality traffic, or one that wants a pay-per-sale option. The strength is the breadth of building blocks, from a full white label to a self-hosted cam site script and live feeds, all crediting the operator for the lifetime of its customers.
