What the vendor is
Trade Expert is a self-hosted PHP script for webmasters who trade traffic, the arrangement in which sites send visitors to one another and balance what each owes. The vendor sells TE3, which the home page presents as version 3.2 and which the operator installs on its own server, and it runs the product's forum, documentation wiki and license desk. The price list describes the script as built for "TGP, MGP, TUBE, BLOG traffic trading", so the buyer is an operator of gallery, tube or blog sites who swaps traffic with partner sites. The home page says the team has more than 10 years of experience in traffic trading and programming. The site names no registered company or office; the vendor is reached through its forum, a contact prompt on every page and a Telegram handle. The site says it is hosted at Reflected.net, whose banner on the manual advertises managed TE installs with cloud storage and a global CDN.
What it sells a site operator
TE3 comes in a free and a paid version. The price list says the two are equal in features, except that the free version takes 1.66% of clicks as a "payment", a split stated on the pages read in October 2026. A free installation can be converted to the paid version with a single click in the admin interface at any time, and license orders go through the vendor's contact form, with no license price printed.
The trade engine is the center of the product. The home page says it trades and refreshes statistics in real time, where many trade scripts make the operator wait 1 or 2 minutes, and that it was designed to handle large amounts of traffic on minimal server resources. The script calculates a "click back" ratio for each trade, the share of visitors who return and keep clicking, which the operator can add to a custom trade algorithm, or it can simply set the weighting between last-24-hour and hourly stats and reward productive trades. The outgoing list runs in automatic mode by default, adjusting weights and slots to the size of the trade database, and can be set by hand. Anti-cheat filters can alert the operator to, or automatically suspend, trades suspected of cheating under rules the operator sets, and country groups marked good, normal and bad feed the traffic quality score. Niche groups route traffic to trades in the right niche.
Toplists are the second area. Each trade can carry several descriptions and images, rotated at random or by weight, with identifier tags to group them, and the operator can build as many toplists as it wants, ranked by raws, uniques, clicks, productivity, value or owed ratio, each with its own sort and update time. Templates are edited in the admin or uploaded over FTP, and history toplists use the same tags with a history prefix.
Traffic control covers index pages and skimming. Index pages can show different pages to non-unique and mobile visitors, or redirect by IP, trade, country or category, with statistics per page; the manual advises keeping the count below 100 for performance. Skimming comes in internal, external and group patterns that can change click by click, and dynamic skim shifts traffic toward trades when productivity drops.
The network features link several TE installations into one admin: statistics for all sites on one page, switching between sites from a pulldown, exporting trades, niches and blacklists between sites, and syncing trading rules, country groups, mailer settings, the custom algorithm and new-trade defaults. Trade partners sign up on a webmaster page the operator configures with its own trade rules, can view their stats on a webmaster stats page, and face a security image that blocks robot sign-ups. A bulk add feature imports hundreds of trades at once for an operator switching from another script.
The terms that decide the choice
The fee schedule read in October 2026 sets charges around the license. Server moves, new installations and upgrades are free when the operator uses the installer and instructions, and cost $35 if the vendor handles them. The paid version is licensed per domain name, and moving a license to another domain owned by the same user costs $49, or nothing if the original domain has expired. Selling a license to another person costs $85 per license.
Resale rules are strict. Selling a whole account to dodge the ownership transfer fee is not permitted, the vendor says it monitors account activity closely, and licenses bought against these terms will be canceled. Licenses bought at a discount cannot be resold until the difference to the normal price is paid, and the vendor asks buyers to contact it before buying a license from a third party so it can check whether the license is sellable.
The site publishes no acceptable use policy and no refund terms, and the price list gives no payment methods for a license.
Security is treated as an operator duty. The manual describes an allowed-IP module that protects the admin and network files, and an .htaccess rule that it calls the more flexible and stronger method, recommending at least one and both together for extra protection. The installation guide asks the operator to test that the data directory, which holds the user database, trades and history, returns a 404 to browser requests, and says a failed test means consulting the server administrator immediately.
The pages carry dated material. The manual was last updated on 2 April 2012, the copyright line reads 2012, and the wiki start page was last modified in 2016. The download page lists installers for PHP versions up to 7.4, and a news item dated 28 March 2023 asks for beta testers for packages that support PHP 8.
Getting started and support
The web installer needs only FTP access and a browser, and the vendor says installation takes "just 2 minutes" and needs no cron jobs, since a pseudo-cron runs tasks from incoming traffic. The operator registers on the site for a username and password, downloads the package for its PHP version, creates a directory in the public web root, uploads and runs the installer, then deletes it. The server needs Unix, Linux or FreeBSD, the zlib and curl extensions, GD with TrueType fonts and an ionCube loader. Upgrades run from the admin's update manager or by running the installer again, a migration tool imports trades, niche groups, toplists, trading rules and personal details from TE 2.2, and the manual explains a server move step by step.
The forum is the named support channel. The documentation wiki adds a 9-step quick start, basic and advanced guides, an index of topics, an FAQ and a changelog, and the forum has a section for feature requests.
Company and track record
The vendor presents itself as a team with more than 10 years in traffic trading and programming, says the engine has been tested on hundreds of high traffic sites, and calls TE3 the fastest growing traffic trading script on the market; these are its own claims. It shows testimonials from users, the latest dated June 2018, and names Reflected.net as its host, praising that provider's experienced professionals and security experts.
Who it suits
As a script purchase, Trade Expert suits an operator of TGP, tube or blog sites that trades traffic with partners and wants a self-hosted engine with detailed toplists, skim patterns, index-page rotation and one admin across a network of sites, and that has someone able to handle PHP extensions and file permissions. The free version lets an operator run it at the cost of the click share, and the per-domain license suits an operator that rarely moves domains.
It suits less well an operator on a modern PHP stack that needs a supported release today, given the PHP 8 packages were still in beta testing in 2023, or one that wants written refund terms. The strength is the depth of the trading controls, from the click-back ratio and custom algorithm to network-wide syncing, all documented in a detailed manual.
