What Paxum sells a site operator

Paxum is the payment service of Paxum Bank Limited, a bank with its registered office in Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica. The licenses page says it is chartered under the Offshore Banking Act No. 8 of 1996 of Dominica, which allows international business with non-resident personal and corporate clients, and that the Financial Service Unit of Dominica monitors and regulates the bank. The terms add that the bank serves clients worldwide, except Dominica citizens and residents. For an operator the relevant side is the business account: a place to receive money from partners and a tool to send it onward to webmasters, partners, performers and staff. A paysite, a partner program or a cam studio that pays many people on a schedule is the customer the mass payout pages describe. The same company also offers personal accounts to individuals who get paid for their work.

The mass payout product

The mass payout page describes the product as a solution designed for corporate clients, and it lists several ways to send money out of one account. P2P transfers move funds instantly to other Paxum account holders, and the recipient needs only an email address. Wire transfers go over the SWIFT network, and the page puts transfer time at 24-72 hours. EFT transfers are local bank payments, delivered in as little as 15 minutes according to the page, in 50+ countries and 20+ currencies, with the condition that the recipient bank account must be held in local currency. A third route, the "Fund Any Card" service, sends money to almost any Mastercard or China UnionPay card worldwide; the page says international wires and checks can take up to 2 weeks to clear while card transactions settle within 2 business days or less. The page also lists debit cards and cash payouts among the options.

Two ways of submitting a batch are described. A REST API lets a company automate mass payouts from its internal systems, and a web interface accepts a CSV or XML file listing all recipients. Developer documentation is linked from the site footer, and the bank's business page describes the API as versatile, with IPN capability, so a payout system can receive notifications back. The same page says a USA virtual bank account is available to all business clients.

On the receiving side, the services page says funds can arrive in more than 6 currencies, listing USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD and RON. The page calls transfers from other Paxum clients "by far the most popular, fastest and cheapest way" to fund the account, and incoming wires are credited straight to the payment account. The publisher page says companies can send funds directly to a virtual USA ACH or IBAN EUR account. In October 2026 the mass payout page also claims 95% coverage of the world's correspondent banking network, a figure the company states about its own reach.

Adult industry position and the terms that matter

The webcam studio page is the clearest statement on adult work. It says Paxum has built relationships with top cam platforms in the online adult entertainment industry, so a studio owner can receive payments from the platforms it promotes and send bulk payments to performers worldwide from the same place. It describes the platform as one that welcomes adult industry professionals without prejudice, and it lists an identity confirmation step for performers. As of October 2026 the same page says there are no sign-up fees, no monthly fees and no minimum balance.

Pricing is described by structure first. The webcam page says bulk payments go out for a flat fee per transaction, and the mass payout page promises low transaction fees and free monthly maintenance. The fee schedule is published as separate personal and business documents, and the business schedule is the one that applies to an operator. In October 2026 the business fee page lists account opening and monthly maintenance as free, free EUR IBAN and USD ACH accounts for incoming transfers, and an account termination fee of up to $50. Outgoing USD or EUR wires cost 0.05% with a $50.00 minimum, mass wire transfers over SWIFT are marked negotiable, an outgoing EFT is $8.95, and a P2P transfer to or from another user is $1.00. Neither the business fee page nor the terms set a reserve or a rolling hold on a business account.

The terms and conditions set out several rules a business should read before it commits:

  • Mass transfer is a service available to business accounts, and business account holders must apply to send and receive funds to and from third parties. The bank reserves the right to reject third-party transfers to and from business accounts without approval.
  • The bank may impose or change transactional limits unilaterally, informing the client through the website, the online account or email.
  • If a received payment is later invalidated, the client is liable to the bank for the total amount plus any fees. If there is a reversal, or the client loses a chargeback or claim, the client owes the bank an amount equal to it plus applicable fees, and the bank may debit the account to recover that amount immediately and without prior notice.
  • For SWIFT transfers sent with the OUR charge code, the client bears all charges, and the bank debits correspondent bank charges within 21 days of processing.
  • A payment order sent through the platform is treated as authorized and becomes irrevocable after confirmation, and the bank is not obliged to give a detailed reason for a refused payment order.

Compliance is described in two statements. The AML statement lists the documents a company must provide before account opening: its certificate of incorporation and memorandum and articles of association, proof of registered address, identification of beneficial owners and authorized signatories, a business license where applicable, and due diligence checks on directors and principal shareholders. Records are kept for at least seven years after the relationship ends, and the statement says the framework is audited externally at least annually and overseen by a Chief Compliance Officer. The anti-human trafficking statement describes a zero-tolerance approach and says any entity found facilitating such activity faces immediate termination of services and a report to the appropriate authorities.

Getting started and support

The home page lays out three steps: register an account, upload documents, start sending and receiving payments. The mass payout page says the forms can lead to pre-approval within 24 hours. Separate links open a personal account or a business account, and an operator who pays others will want the business account, since mass payments and third-party permissions are tied to it. The pages also list a mobile app for checking balances, transferring funds and viewing transactions, plus a prepaid Mastercard and a UnionPay prepaid card for people who want to withdraw to a card.

Support is wide. The contact page says phone lines are open 24/7, an in-app chat is listed for every day of the week, and email and a contact form with topics for online banking, technical support, payments, card and verification questions are provided. The bank's contact page adds Skype and Telegram as messenger channels.

Company and track record

Paxum Bank Limited is the company name in the footer of every page, and the bank's pages name it as the sole servicer of all Paxum branded services, accounts, prepaid cards and products. Its about page lists the group's members as Paxum Bank, Paxum Payroll for e-commerce payouts, a credit card processing arm that accepts high risk merchants, and prepaid card issuing that lets a business issue its own branded MasterCard to its clients. As of October 2026 the bank's home page advertises the merchant service at rates "as low as 3.5% with daily payouts", without publishing further terms. The business banking page also offers overdrafts, project financing and commercial property loans, aimed at active clients of the payroll solution. The pages quote some large numbers as the company's own claims: over 250,000 clients receive payments each month, and over 5,000 companies rely on Paxum for partner payouts. Testimonials come from an ad network, an adult studio's partner program, a hosting company, a design shop and a paysite partner program, and one of them says it pays its affiliates only through Paxum.

Who it suits

Paxum fits operators who pay many people in many countries: a partner program with webmasters spread across regions, a cam studio paying performers, or a network that sends regular payroll to freelancers. It is less suited to an operator shopping for a consumer card checkout, because the merchant service gets a single line on the bank's pages and no published contract terms. Another caveat is that third-party transfers on a business account need approval, and limits can change. Its strength is the combination in one place: an adult-friendly policy as stated, several payout rails including instant account transfers, a REST API for automation, and phone lines that stay open around the clock.
