What the vendor is

Traqeer is the business name under which Media Defender LLC runs its anti-piracy service, according to the terms of use, which call the company the sole entity responsible for providing the service. The studio page addresses producers who sell their own videos and need unauthorized copies taken down, and promises coverage on all major platforms worldwide.

For a site operator this is a subscription to removal and monitoring, not hosting, billing, ad placement or traffic. The terms define an Agency as a customer that manages the content or identity of one or more Creators within a single account, and they name studios, managers and production companies as examples.

What it sells a studio

The studio offer is priced by catalog size rather than per creator. In October 2026 the studio page lists Studio Protection at $599 per month, covering up to 50 videos with unlimited removals, social media takedowns, advanced AI monitoring, daily takedowns and 24/7 dedicated support. Larger catalogs go to Enterprise Studios, which the page gives as custom pricing for 50+ videos, booked through a demo. The same page lists Telegram removals at $150 as a separate line and says copyright registration (U.S.) is included with them.

The studio feature table covers unlimited Google removals, website removals and username protection, an automatic AI deep scan, daily takedowns, removals on social platforms, impersonation protection, unlimited manual requests and legal support. The page frames the catalog as protected on all major platforms worldwide, with no limit on removals for any video. The pricing page also sells creator plans with a 7-day free trial; those sit outside the studio offer.

The terms set the rules for multi-creator accounts. Agency plans are priced on the contracted number of active accounts, and accounts above a reduced number move to the free plan.

The adult content policy as written

The terms say that "Protected Content may include adult content lawfully produced by adults." They prohibit registering content that involves persons under 18, content obtained or distributed without the consent of the people in it, and any content whose production or distribution is unlawful. The customer must hold the rights to the protected content or have written authorization from the rights holder. The terms also let the company decline a registration when the applicant's content or activity does not fit the service or exposes it to legal risk. No separate approval step or plan for adult accounts is described.

Terms that decide the choice

Billing and renewal. Plans are priced in US dollars, charged in advance and renewed automatically at the price then in force. The company must email any price increase at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and the customer may cancel before that renewal at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. The terms say Stripe acts solely as the payment gateway. If a charge fails, the company retries it and may limit paid features, including removal requests, while the balance is open.

Refunds and chargebacks. Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. The exceptions cover a serious technical failure attributable to the company that is not fixed within a reasonable time, a duplicate or erroneous charge, and a substantial cut in plan features during a paid period. Refund requests go in writing within 7 business days of the charge. The terms also say the company may reject repeated refund requests, including ones that follow a chargeback for a service already provided, and may close an account that uses refunds or chargebacks as a practice.

Removal process. The homepage says the service sends automatic DMCA notices and pairs them with a human team 24/7. The Cloudflare page says that where infringing copies sit behind Cloudflare, the service files through Cloudflare's complaints process, which forwards the notice to the real hosting provider and can disclose who that provider is. The terms say the company may ask for identity documents, proof of ownership or a license before acting on a claim. The special power of attorney lets the company sign platform forms and statements, including statements under penalty of perjury, and communicate with platforms for the customer. It does not cover starting legal actions, taking on financial obligations or settling. The customer may revoke it in writing.

Records and data. Evidence and records of claims are kept for 5 years from the last action. Identity documents are kept while the account is active and up to 5 years after the last claim in which they were used. Screenshots that verify link status are kept for 30 days.

Age and records duties. The customer must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract. An agency is responsible for its users, for the information they upload, and for having a legal basis to register its Creators' data. The pages say nothing about record-keeping rules for adult content, and they describe no age-verification service for the people shown in content.

Changes and governing law. The terms can change on 15 days notice by email and in the application. The current version is dated September 30, 2026, and disputes fall under New Mexico law with a forum in Albuquerque.

Getting started and support

The homepage says a profile takes 2 minutes to set up and needs no technical knowledge. A free account has no fixed term, and free trials are limited per person and per Creator. An agency account can enable several user logins, create a separate account for each Creator and set the email address that receives reports for each one.

The pages describe no API, plugin or CMS connection. Support on the studio plan is 24/7 and dedicated. The homepage says human support is available 24/7 through WhatsApp, with no bots, and promises first Google removals the same day.

Company and track record

Media Defender LLC does business as Traqeer, and the privacy policy places the company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The pricing page says the service is already protecting 500+ top creators worldwide, which is the company's own claim. The Piracy Wiki page reports 1,748,779 infringements detected, 1,644,222 links resolved and 140 sites tracked, with monitoring since 2024. It says those statistics come from Traqeer's own takedown platform and were last updated July 3, 2026. In October 2026 the studio page states that Google de-indexed 95.0% of the URLs the company reported, citing Google's Transparency Report with data through May 2026.

Who it suits

The studio plan is the part of the range built for an operator with a catalog. It suits a studio or producer that sells its own videos, needs removals across search, social platforms and Telegram, and wants agency logins for several creators. Pricing by video count fits catalogs of up to 50 videos, and larger catalogs get a custom quote.

The caveats are plain. Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, the service starts at once, and the terms ask the customer to acknowledge that any right of withdrawal under consumer law is lost once performance begins, where the customer's country grants one. The results figures are the company's own claims.

The company publishes its refund exceptions, renewal notice period, data retention periods and version history in full, so a studio can read every term before it signs.
