What HEXIVOX is
HEXIVOX is a web design and digital studio with a separate service line for adult clients. The terms of use name the company as Hexivox Ltd and say the agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The homepage is headed "Creative Web Design UK", and the pages give no street address. For a site operator the studio is a build-and-host shop, not a payment processor, an ad network or a tube platform.
The adult service page says the studio supports creators, businesses and brands in the adult and sex-positive space. The clients it names are models, performers, content creators, OnlyFans stars, kink communities and NSFW brands. The page names no client company.
What it sells an operator
The adult page lists these kinds of work: adult eCommerce for lingerie, toys and other products, performer sites and portfolios, subscription-based creator platforms, fetish blogs or lifestyle journals, custom link-in-bio pages, NSFW photography hosting, and custom-built paywalls or gated content. Each is a design build, and hosting is one part of it rather than a product sold on its own.
The adult page publishes example pricing tiers and says all packages can be customized. In October 2026 the Starter Site runs from £595 for 1-3 pages, with a contact or booking form, light SEO setup and 30 days of free support. The Creator Pro runs from £995 for 5 or more pages, with integrated email capture, paywall or subscription setup, light brand styling and basic hosting for 12 months. The Custom Platform runs from £1,995 and adds bespoke design and a CMS, an advanced paywall or member area, a legal setup for GDPR, content upload tools, full brand development and ongoing maintenance on request. Every adult figure is a starting price, and the page gives no price for a single add-on.
The adult page says adult work costs more, and lists its reasons: stricter hosting needs covering privacy, bandwidth and storage, compliance work such as 18+ disclaimers, age gates and terms, custom integration time for payment systems, paywalls and secure hosting, and creative time on tone and visuals. It names the hosting provider the studio uses for those needs as Vicetemple. The pages do not give any hosting specification, such as bandwidth or storage allowances, for any tier.
The general price list on the homepage, read in October 2026, sets website hosting at £10 a month and maintenance and updates at £25 a month as optional add-ons. The same add-on list carries adult content services as an item from £595+, linking back to the adult tiers, so the add-ons sit beside the adult work rather than inside a tier. The same list shows a Blue Basic starter at £299, a Pink Pro package and a Yellow E-Commerce package with WooCommerce or Shopify setup and payment gateway configuration. Those packages are described for small businesses and are not described as adult builds.
The terms that decide the choice
HEXIVOX screens adult clients rather than publishing a content policy. Under the heading Client Screening, the adult page says the studio values ethics, consent and professionalism, and that every project begins with a short intake questionnaire to ensure alignment; the questions and the grounds for turning a project down are not set out. The general terms make the client responsible for supplying content and assets on time and for making sure any material it provides does not infringe third-party rights.
On compliance the adult page states that the build accounts for 18+ disclaimers, age gates and terms, and the Custom tier includes a legal setup for GDPR. The pages do not say who keeps performer records, whether the studio collects identity documents, or which age-verification service an age gate would use. The pages also publish no DMCA or takedown procedure for sites the studio hosts, and no abuse procedure.
On money, prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to VAT. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins, and the final balance is due on completion or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. Deposits are non-refundable unless the studio fails to begin the project. A client may cancel with written notice, and the work completed up to that point is invoiced. The pages do not describe chargeback handling, reserves, processing fees or payout methods, and they do not name the payment processor the paywall would use. Minor revisions are included unless a quote says otherwise, while significant changes beyond the agreed scope are charged at the studio's standard hourly rate, which is not printed, or as a new quote.
On ownership and liability, the studio keeps ownership of design concepts and code until full payment, then grants a license to use the final work. It reserves the right to show completed projects in its portfolio. It is not liable for downtime or problems caused by third-party hosting, plugins or platforms. Its total liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the specific services in question. Ongoing maintenance is included only under a support agreement.
Getting started and support
Every engagement starts with the intake questionnaire, followed by a written proposal or agreement that sets deliverables, timelines and pricing before work begins. The general packages state delivery times of 1-2 weeks for the Blue Basic, 2-3 weeks for the Pink Pro and 3-4 weeks for the Yellow E-Commerce. The adult page gives no timeline. The Starter Site includes 30 days of free support, the Creator Pro includes basic hosting for 12 months, and the Yellow package includes training on how to update the site.
Support channels are a contact form, which asks for a name, an email address and a message, and an email address listed on the contact page. The contact form promises a reply shortly, without hours or a ticket desk. Integration is described in service terms: payment systems, paywalls and secure hosting for adult builds, and WooCommerce or Shopify for the general e-commerce package. The pages name no API, plugin list or supported content management system for the adult tiers beyond the custom CMS in the Custom Platform.
Company and track record
The company is Hexivox Ltd according to its terms of use. The About page calls it a creative digital studio that covers web design, digital marketing, branding, social media, content creation and product photography, and says it takes a hands-on approach. The homepage states over 15 years of experience with smaller businesses, including local retailers, independent cafes, colleges and community organizations, and says its people have worked in both agency and in-house roles. Those are the vendor's own claims, and the studio's age and staff are left at that.
Who it suits
Adult web design is the studio's adult offer, and it is the part of the site that matters to an operator. It fits a performer, a creator or an NSFW brand that wants a bespoke site with a paywall, a subscription or a member area, and that is willing to pay a custom-build price for design and set-up. It fits an operator that wants the design, the hosting set-up and the content upload tools handled as one project.
It does not fit an operator that wants a self-serve builder, a published acceptable use policy to check a site against before signing, a payment processor, a tube or a high-volume hosting plan with stated bandwidth. Before signing, a few points stand out in HEXIVOX's own terms. The deposit is refunded only if the studio fails to begin the project, the Creator Pro and Custom Platform prices are starting points rather than fixed quotes, the pages do not state what content is acceptable, and the liability cap is set at the amount paid. The studio's strength is a clear public price ladder for adult builds, with the paywall and member area set out tier by tier and the reason for the higher cost stated in plain terms.
