What the agency is

Effective Marketer is an SEO agency founded in 2020 by Yavor Stoyanov that sells a method it calls The Effective Marketer Framework. It describes itself as a premium SEO agency and lists adult among its verticals, next to iGaming, ecommerce, SaaS, crypto, fintech and B2B, where it describes the adult clients as networks and platforms in adult verticals. For a site operator, the relevant offer is organic search work for adult networks, platforms and publishers, which the adult SEO page says the agency runs "like a real vertical," with the same method it uses for its other regulated verticals. The pages do not say where the company is based.

What it sells an operator

The adult SEO page organizes the offer into 4 pillars: manual outreach in a restricted vertical, content that ranks adult results, autosuggest for brand and category queries, and defense against algorithm updates. On content, the page says adult results filter hard, so the agency builds content that reads like real publisher material, with proper markup, so Google ranks it instead of hiding it. Autosuggest is what the agency calls its moat. It places a brand name in Google autocomplete next to category terms, and the adult page says this is for brands with real presence, going live in 45-75 days within category limits. The homepage says autosuggest slots are finite per keyword and per geo, and that once a brand holds a slot the agency does not sell the same slot to a competitor.

Link building is a separate service built on manual outreach to editors. The adult FAQ says the link building service scopes realistic volume on the call, and that the agency builds fewer links a month at a higher cost per link because few good sites link to adult. Monthly monitoring is listed as standard, not an add-on, and the fourth pillar, defense against algorithm updates, has the agency watching rankings monthly and fixing slips early, since the page says Google hits adult harder than most verticals.

The home page lists 8 services: full-stack classic SEO for difficult verticals, Google autosuggest placement, AI SEO and GEO for citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, paid senior-led SEO audits with deliverables an in-house team can ship, link building, topical-map content marketing backed by competitor data, local SEO for multi-location brands, and international SEO with hreflang, localized content and autosuggest across the US, UK, EU, LATAM, MENA and SEA. The about page frames every engagement around 4 parts of the framework: autosuggest placement, AI citation building tracked through the agency's own tooling, authority placement on third-party platforms and industry sites, and a classic SEO foundation of technical SEO, content, links and brand SERP defense.

The pages publish no price list. In October 2026 the about page says the agency passes on whitelabel work, sub-$1,000 jobs and clients who want templates. That sets a lower limit on project size without being a published rate.

The terms that decide the choice

The adult SEO FAQ says the agency works with adult networks, platforms and publishers, and that the category is harder than most. It invites a real adult business with a real budget to start a conversation. The pages do not publish a list of adult content the agency accepts or declines, and they do not say whether an adult client needs approval beyond the strategy call. The site's general client rule says the agency does not work with unlicensed gambling operators, unregulated financial schemes, or anything that violates Google's policies. That is the only client policy the pages state.

On links, the FAQ says every link comes from manual outreach to a real editor, and that the agency does not use PBNs or link farms. It adds that fewer links a month carry a higher cost per link, and that the links are still live eighteen months later.

Pricing is quote only. The home page FAQ answers "Do you publish pricing?" with "Not on the site," and says scope varies from a first-time SaaS startup to a regulated enterprise, so the agency quotes after understanding the market, competitors and goals. The SEO audit is sold as a paid service of its own. The pages do not state a retainer, a contract length, payment methods, or refund and cancellation terms.

Timing is stated as ranges. The homepage FAQ gives 30 to 90 days for autosuggest placements, 60 to 120 days for AI citation lift, and months 3 to 6 for meaningful classic SEO ranking movement, with compounding results from month 6. The contact page describes what the framework would deliver over 90 to 180 days.

Getting started and support

The first step is a free strategy call. The contact page describes it as 30 minutes with the founder or a senior operator, and the FAQ says there is no charge for the call or for the visibility check, and that charges start only once the agency is running the framework on a paid engagement. Before the call, the agency runs a visibility check across autocomplete presence, the brand's footprint in ChatGPT and Perplexity, authority coverage and classic SEO health. On the call it walks through the findings and quotes if the work fits. If it does not, the page says the agency tells the prospect who can help.

The pages name no CMS plugin, API or integration for the agency's own service, and they name no documents a client must supply. The home page describes a client console that tracks autosuggest slots, AI mentions, backlinks and rankings. Support is the monthly monitoring and the named senior person on the account: the FAQ says the person on the call is the one making decisions, with no account managers or junior handoff. The pages publish no phone number, chat channel or support hours.

Company and track record

The about page says the agency was founded in 2020 and that Stoyanov brings 14+ years of SEO experience across iGaming, ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, crypto, adult and B2B. It describes a senior team of 10+ specialists and says it names no one but the founder. He is credited with pioneering Google Autosuggest as a brand visibility channel and with speaking on it at the SEO Mastery Summit Vietnam, and he writes on AI search on the agency's blog.

The home page runs a strip of brands it says it builds visibility for, among them TwinRed, Megapari and XXL Lashes. The adult SEO page shows the agency's own figures for the whole business, including 100+ autosuggest campaigns. One case study describes full-stack SEO for an adult advertising network that runs across several markets. The network is not named. The page says the audit found content gaps, that the content was rebuilt around category intent, and that rankings improved and autosuggest landed inside the engagement window. Those results are the agency's account, with no figures attached.

Who it suits

Adult is one vertical among several on the agency's list, and its adult page addresses networks, platforms and publishers. It suits an adult operator with a real budget and a need for manual, editor-earned links rather than network schemes, and an operator willing to start with a free call and a scoped audit. It suits a brand that already has a presence, since the autosuggest product is described for brands with real presence.

Its own terms rule some buyers out. An operator who wants a published price list or templated packages will not find them. A small job below the agency's floor is turned down. An operator who needs results inside a single quarter should note the 90 to 180 day framework window. And an operator who expects every adult term to rank should read the FAQ's caveat: some terms rank normally, others are pushed into SafeSearch or suppressed, and the agency audits the terms first and declines work built on terms it cannot move.

Its strength for an adult network or platform is senior-led work on editor-earned links and autocomplete placement, together with an up-front term audit that tells the operator which searches are realistic before any money is spent.
